【摘要】：居住小區(qū)景觀空間作為城市居住區(qū)的一個(gè)重要組成部分，一方面是滿足居民休閑、交往、日常生活等各種需求的，具有功能以及美學(xué)特征的必要性景觀空間。另一方面，它與城市的景觀息息相關(guān)，，是提高城市環(huán)境整體質(zhì)量的重要組成部分。 近年來隨著我國(guó)的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展，居住小區(qū)景觀空間也取得了較大的改善與發(fā)展，但伴隨著高速發(fā)展的同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了很多問題，給居民的日常生活及居住小區(qū)景觀空間的可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來了極大的影響。如過分追求商業(yè)價(jià)值而忽略了景觀空間的功能性，產(chǎn)生了居住小區(qū)景觀空間與居民生活脫離的現(xiàn)象；大量消耗資源和能源，效仿歐式現(xiàn)代居住小區(qū)風(fēng)格忽略地方特色的創(chuàng)造等。 本論文對(duì)麥迪遜花園的各類景觀空間進(jìn)行實(shí)地的調(diào)查，并以拍照、測(cè)繪、觀察等方式獲取現(xiàn)場(chǎng)相關(guān)信息，并對(duì)調(diào)查后的資料進(jìn)行分析整理，共有4個(gè)部分組成，包括緒論、相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論、麥迪遜花園景觀空間分析及結(jié)語。本文首先對(duì)居住小區(qū)景觀空間給以界定，解析居民對(duì)居住小區(qū)景觀空間的需求、居民在居住小區(qū)景觀空間中的行為規(guī)律以及居民與居住小區(qū)景觀空間的關(guān)系，并對(duì)麥迪遜花園景觀空間的構(gòu)成要素、空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行分析同時(shí)對(duì)麥迪遜花園5種景觀空間中居民的行為規(guī)律進(jìn)行及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)記錄并得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論，為我國(guó)居住小區(qū)景觀空間營(yíng)造的理論和方法上提供依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:Residential district landscape space as an important part of urban residential areas on the one hand is to meet the needs of residents leisure social daily life and other needs with functions and aesthetic characteristics of the necessary landscape space. On the other hand, it is closely related to the urban landscape and is an important part of improving the overall quality of the urban environment. With the rapid development of the real estate market in China, the landscape space of residential areas has also been greatly improved and developed in recent years. However, along with the rapid development, there are many problems, which bring great influence to the residents' daily life and the sustainable development of the residential district landscape space. Such as excessive pursuit of commercial value and neglect of the functionality of the landscape space, resulting in the phenomenon that the landscape space in residential areas is divorced from the lives of the residents; resources and energy are consumed in large quantities. This paper investigates all kinds of landscape space of Madison Garden, and obtains relevant information by taking pictures, surveying and observing, etc. And the data after the investigation are analyzed and sorted, there are four parts, including introduction, related basic theory, Madison garden landscape space analysis and conclusion. Firstly, this paper defines the landscape space of the residential district, analyzes the residents' demand for the landscape space of the residential district, the behavior law of the resident in the residential district landscape space, and the relationship between the resident and the residential district landscape space. The composition and form of Madison Garden landscape space are analyzed. Meanwhile, the behavior of residents in 5 landscape spaces of Madison Garden is recorded and the corresponding conclusions are drawn. It provides the basis and reference for the theory and method of landscape space construction of residential district in our country.
