【摘要】：正為推動(dòng)對(duì)房地產(chǎn)金融研究領(lǐng)域若干重大前沿問(wèn)題的理論關(guān)注和實(shí)踐總結(jié),中國(guó)人民銀行上�？偛恐鞴艿摹渡虾＝鹑凇冯s志決定發(fā)起"金融視野下房地產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)性制度和長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)"征文活動(dòng)。征文設(shè)一等獎(jiǎng)1名,二等獎(jiǎng)3名,三等獎(jiǎng)10名。獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)撐某o予一定獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)外,還將優(yōu)先被《上海金融》錄用,并有機(jī)會(huì)受邀參加央行上�？偛繉W(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng);未獲獎(jiǎng)的論文也將有被擇優(yōu)錄用的機(jī)會(huì)。本次征文主題為"金融視野下房地產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)性制度和長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制建設(shè)"。近年來(lái),房地產(chǎn)問(wèn)題一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)生活領(lǐng)域的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,而房地產(chǎn)是金融體系之外最具杠桿屬性的行業(yè),具有很強(qiáng)的金融屬性,深化房地產(chǎn)和金融邏輯關(guān)系的理解,有助于推動(dòng)形成有利于房地產(chǎn)與金融和諧發(fā)
[Abstract]:In order to promote the theoretical and practical summary of several important frontier issues in the field of real estate finance research, The Shanghai Financial magazine, in charge of the Shanghai headquarters of the people's Bank of China, decided to launch the "Real Estate basic system and Long-term Mechanism Construction under the Financial Vision".
