【摘要】：縱觀我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè),在各個(gè)企業(yè)中,財(cái)務(wù)管理顯得分外舉足輕重。整個(gè)房地產(chǎn)公司項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營所需資金的籌集、使用與分配都包含于財(cái)務(wù)管理范疇,甚至于企業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目資金的有效預(yù)算、嚴(yán)格分析與控制皆屬于財(cái)務(wù)管理。隨著我國現(xiàn)代化社會(huì)進(jìn)程不斷加速,經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢不斷變化,我國的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)有了很大的變化,本文主要就房地產(chǎn)公司財(cái)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、財(cái)務(wù)管理的制約因素、管理特點(diǎn),以及優(yōu)化措施展開探討。
[Abstract]:Throughout our country real estate industry, in each enterprise, the financial management appears to be extremely important. The raising, use and distribution of the funds needed for the project operation of the whole real estate company are included in the scope of financial management. Even the effective budget of the enterprise investment project funds, strict analysis and control belong to the financial management. With the rapid development of our modern society and the constant change of economic situation, the real estate industry of our country has changed a lot. This paper mainly discusses the financial status of real estate companies, the restrictive factors of financial management, and the characteristics of management. And the optimization measures are discussed.
