【摘要】：本文以華瀚地產(chǎn)投資集團(tuán)為樣本開展研究,在相關(guān)理論指導(dǎo)下參照房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)標(biāo)桿企業(yè)具體實(shí)施方案,研究設(shè)計(jì)了華瀚集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略管控體系的建立與優(yōu)化。 首先提出了華瀚“精品化”戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整方向,之后圍繞這一戰(zhàn)略,提出了“一心、四化、八體系”的集團(tuán)管控體系優(yōu)化整改措施,從而提出華瀚戰(zhàn)略管控優(yōu)化措施,明確公司未來五年的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和實(shí)施路徑,明確內(nèi)部管控關(guān)系,完善組織管控體系包括對(duì)異地項(xiàng)目的管控,優(yōu)化組織架構(gòu)、職能和授權(quán)體系,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化流程管理體系,特別是核心業(yè)務(wù)流程,建立規(guī)范的管理體系。實(shí)現(xiàn)管控體系優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目順利完成,從而為華瀚集團(tuán)有責(zé)、有序、有效和高效的運(yùn)作逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)范化管理做出貢獻(xiàn),并保證集團(tuán)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下保持快速、穩(wěn)固和持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of China ' s Real Estate Investment Group , this paper studies the establishment and optimization of the strategy control system of Huhan Group under the guidance of relevant theories .

Firstly , the strategic adjustment direction of China ' s " refined " strategy is put forward . After that , the optimization and rectification measures of the group control system of " one heart , four and eight systems " are put forward , so that the strategic objectives and the implementation path of the company in the next five years are put forward , the internal control relationship is clearly defined , the organization and control system is established , the system design and optimization process management system , especially the core business process and the establishment of the standard management system , will contribute to the standardization management gradually , and ensure the rapid , firm and sustained development of the Group in the increasingly competitive market environment .
