【摘要】:正受降準(zhǔn)降息、降首付比例、下調(diào)交易環(huán)節(jié)稅費(fèi)等政策紅利影響,浙江房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)總體上呈現(xiàn)企穩(wěn)復(fù)蘇、區(qū)域分化、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的新特點(diǎn)。政策紅利帶動(dòng)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)企穩(wěn)回暖。據(jù)全省271家房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查顯示,一季度17.2%的企業(yè)提價(jià)銷售、26.3%的企業(yè)銷售面積增長(zhǎng)。杭州、寧波、溫州等地房
[Abstract]:Affected by the policy dividend, such as lowering the interest rate, lowering the proportion of down payment and lowering the taxes and fees, the real estate market in Zhejiang Province is on the whole showing the new characteristics of steady recovery, regional differentiation and structural adjustment. The policy dividend drives the real estate market to stabilise. According to the survey of 271 real estate enterprises in the province, 17.2 percent of the enterprises raised their prices in the first quarter, and 26.3percent of the enterprises' sales area increased. Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, etc.
