【摘要】：住宅區(qū)售樓中心是隨著我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展而出現(xiàn)的一種建筑類型，近幾年全國(guó)各地興建了大量的住宅區(qū)售樓中心。但在建設(shè)之初，售樓中心多數(shù)是做為臨時(shí)性建筑而設(shè)計(jì)的，在其銷售功能完成后即被拆除，從而造成了資源的極大浪費(fèi)，與建筑垃圾帶來的環(huán)境破壞。近年來在可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀念共識(shí)的引導(dǎo)下，售樓中心的可持續(xù)利用問題引起建筑師們的日益關(guān)注，使售樓中心的復(fù)合性設(shè)計(jì)成為設(shè)計(jì)的主流趨勢(shì)。 本文正是以西安帝景公園住區(qū)售樓中心復(fù)合性空間的設(shè)計(jì)方案為研究對(duì)象，以理論研究與設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究方法，從售樓中心的前期策劃、場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃、單體設(shè)計(jì)等方面進(jìn)行復(fù)合性功能空間的設(shè)計(jì)與研究。通過對(duì)其復(fù)合性空間設(shè)計(jì)成果的歸納與總結(jié)，探討與研究了售樓中心復(fù)合性空間的設(shè)計(jì)手法，旨在為售樓中心的可持續(xù)利用問題提供一些設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例與設(shè)計(jì)方法。 本文針對(duì)住宅區(qū)售樓中心復(fù)合性空間設(shè)計(jì)這一問題，結(jié)合項(xiàng)目實(shí)例，從帝景公園售樓中心復(fù)合性空間的整體構(gòu)思、場(chǎng)地布局、外部空間、平面、立面、結(jié)構(gòu)選型六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析與說明。通過理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究工作對(duì)帝景公園售樓中心復(fù)合性設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)原則、設(shè)計(jì)手法進(jìn)行歸納與總結(jié)。最后得出本文的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the development of real estate in China, residential housing sales center is a kind of building type. In recent years, a large number of residential housing sales centers have been built all over the country. However, at the beginning of construction, most of the sales centers were designed as temporary buildings, which were dismantled immediately after the completion of their sales functions, resulting in a great waste of resources and environmental damage caused by construction waste. In recent years, under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development, the sustainable use of the sales center has attracted more and more attention from architects, and the composite design of the sales center has become the mainstream design trend. This paper takes the design scheme of the complex space in Xi'an Dijing Park residential district as the research object, with the research method of combining theory research and design practice, from the early stage planning and site planning of the sales center, this paper takes the design of the complex space in the residential district of Xi'an Dijing Park as the research object. The design and research of compound functional space are carried out in the aspects of monomer design and so on. Through summing up and summarizing the design results of the composite space, this paper discusses and studies the design methods of the complex space in the sales center, aiming at providing some design examples and design methods for the sustainable utilization of the sales center. This paper aims at the problem of the complex space design of the sales center of residential area, combining with the project example, from the overall conception, the layout of the site, the outer space, the plane, the facade of the complex space of the sales center of the Dijing Park, Structure selection of six aspects of detailed analysis and explanation. Through the research work of combining theory and practice, the design principles and design methods of the complex design of the sales center of Dijing Park are summarized and summarized. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is drawn.
