興華五金廠發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:國內(nèi)五金市場愈演愈烈的競爭環(huán)境給民營五金廠商帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn),這些挑戰(zhàn)表現(xiàn)在:首先,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)和家居裝飾行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致五金廠商在供給市場上資源和業(yè)務(wù)競爭越來與激烈;其次,五金產(chǎn)品對外業(yè)務(wù)達到瓶頸,而國內(nèi)五金市場受到國家政策的扶持,刺激了外貿(mào)企業(yè)紛紛轉(zhuǎn)向國內(nèi);最后,,民營五金廠商大部分規(guī)模小、機構(gòu)不完善,企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略管理具有隨意性。 本文以興華五金廠為研究對象,對興華五金廠的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展加以研究探討。首先,本文梳理了國外企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的理論,以及國內(nèi)部分學者關(guān)于企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的觀點;其次客觀反映了興華五金廠的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,并運用PEST、SWOT及波士頓矩陣分析法對興華五金廠的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境予以分析總結(jié);第三,根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析的結(jié)果,確定企業(yè)愿景和使命,制定了戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標,在戰(zhàn)略選擇上,公司層的戰(zhàn)略采取增長型戰(zhàn)略,事業(yè)層的戰(zhàn)略采取差異化戰(zhàn)略,職能層的戰(zhàn)略采取財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略、市場營銷戰(zhàn)略、品牌的推廣和人力資源戰(zhàn)略;第四,為了確保戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行,從戰(zhàn)略實施過程、戰(zhàn)略保障措施、預(yù)期效果等三方面提出;最后,提煉出興華五金廠發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的結(jié)論,指出了研究過程中可能存在的問題和解決建議,并明確了下一步研究方向。 本次研究表明,戰(zhàn)略管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的最高層次與首要任務(wù),在企業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中起著指針作用。有效的戰(zhàn)略管理有助于企業(yè)確定戰(zhàn)略目標和發(fā)展方向,有助于企業(yè)集中精力迎接環(huán)境變化帶來的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。通過對興華五金廠的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究,為中小民營五金廠商提供了科學、系統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略管理的方法。從而幫助該類型企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供參考,以保證企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The increasingly competitive environment in the domestic hardware market has brought new challenges to the private hardware manufacturers. These challenges are manifested in: first, the rapid development of the real estate industry and the household decoration industry. This led to more and more fierce competition between hardware manufacturers in the supply market for resources and business. Secondly, the external business of hardware products reached a bottleneck, while the domestic hardware market was supported by state policies, which stimulated foreign trade enterprises to turn to China in succession. Finally, Most of the private hardware manufacturers are small, imperfect, and the strategic management of enterprise development is arbitrary. This paper studies the strategic development of Xinghua hardware Factory. First of all, this paper combs the theory of foreign enterprise development strategy, and some domestic scholars' views on enterprise development strategy. Secondly, it objectively reflects the current situation and existing problems of Xinghua hardware Factory. The internal and external environment of Xinghua hardware Factory is analyzed and summarized by using PEST-SWOT and Boston Matrix Analysis method. Thirdly, according to the results of strategic environment analysis, the enterprise vision and mission are determined, and the strategic development goal is formulated, and the strategic choice is made. Corporate strategy adopts growth strategy, business level strategy adopts differentiation strategy, function level strategy adopts financial strategy, marketing strategy, brand promotion strategy and human resource strategy; fourth, to ensure the implementation of the strategy, the corporate level strategy adopts the differentiation strategy, the function level strategy adopts the financial strategy, the marketing strategy, the brand promotion and the human resources strategy. Finally, the paper abstracts the conclusion of the development strategy research of Xinghua hardware Factory, points out the possible problems in the process of the research, and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems. And the next research direction is defined. This study shows that strategic management is the highest level and primary task of modern enterprise management and plays a guiding role in the process of enterprise development. Effective strategic management is helpful for enterprises to determine their strategic goals and development directions, and to concentrate their efforts to meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by environmental change. By studying the development strategy of Xinghua hardware Factory, this paper provides a scientific and systematic strategic management method for medium and small private hardware manufacturers. So as to help the development strategy of this type of enterprises to provide reference to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.
