【摘要】：正上海市住房城鄉(xiāng)建設管理委、市規(guī)劃國土資源局日前聯(lián)合下發(fā)《關于進一步加強本市房地產(chǎn)市場監(jiān)管促進房地產(chǎn)市場平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展的意見》,提出在繼續(xù)嚴格執(zhí)行《關于進一步完善本市住房市場體系和保障體系促進房地產(chǎn)市場平穩(wěn)健康發(fā)展的若干意見》(即"滬九條")的基礎上,進一步強化市場監(jiān)管,加大執(zhí)法力度,規(guī)范市場秩序,堅決遏制房價
