【摘要】：正5次2015年央行進行了5次降息,5年以上的商業(yè)貸款基準利率從年初的6.15%,降至了目前的4.9%;而5年以上的公積金貸款基準利率則從年初的4.25%,降至了目前的3.25%。8%曾經(jīng)風光無限的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè),如今正走下高利潤率的神壇。包括萬科、綠地、招商等在內的80家上市房企公布了三季度報告,80家房企共實現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入4244.45億元,但凈利潤只有343.5億元,平均凈利潤率僅為8%,創(chuàng)下歷史最低紀錄。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the central bank cut interest rates five times in 2015, and the benchmark interest rate for commercial loans over five years dropped from 6.15 at the beginning of the year to 4.9 at present, while the benchmark interest rate for provident fund loans for more than five years fell from 4.25 at the beginning of the year to 3.25.8 percent at present.
