【摘要】:目前,推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要因素仍然是投資、進(jìn)出口、擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需,但是因?yàn)橥鈬?guó)政府的庇護(hù)政策與擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的效果暫時(shí)并不明顯,導(dǎo)致國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)仍主要依靠投資。我國(guó)居民投資主要集中在儲(chǔ)蓄、有價(jià)證券和房地產(chǎn)行業(yè),而房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)需要大量的資金投入,足見(jiàn)其對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要性。但是因?yàn)榉康禺a(chǎn)行業(yè)本身具有的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性等特點(diǎn),如何提升施工單位的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力變得極為關(guān)鍵。將灰色聚類(lèi)分析法引入房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目施工單位風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力的評(píng)估,并通過(guò)實(shí)例分析,驗(yàn)證該模型在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的有效性。
[Abstract]:At present, the main factors to promote the growth of national economy are still investment, import and export, expanding domestic demand, but because the sheltering policy of foreign governments and the effect of expanding domestic demand are not obvious for the time being, the national economy still mainly depends on investment. The investment of residents in China is mainly concentrated in savings, securities and real estate industries, and the real estate industry needs a large amount of capital investment, which shows the importance of the real estate industry to the national economy. However, because of the high risk of real estate industry itself, how to improve the risk control ability of construction units becomes extremely critical. The grey cluster analysis method is introduced to evaluate the risk management ability of real estate project construction units, and the effectiveness of the model in practical application is verified by an example analysis.
