【摘要】：在房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目中,業(yè)主能否進(jìn)行有效的設(shè)計(jì)管理,獲取高質(zhì)量的設(shè)計(jì)文件,對實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)工程的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、投資三個(gè)控制目標(biāo)至關(guān)重要。從組織措施、技術(shù)措施兩方面,介紹上海中心大廈項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量控制的方法。
[Abstract]:In real estate projects, whether the owners can carry out effective design and management and obtain high quality design documents is of great importance to the realization of the three control objectives of the progress, quality and investment of the whole project. From the two aspects of organizational measures and technical measures, the method of designing quality control for Shanghai Center Tower projects is introduced.
