【摘要】：在房地產(chǎn)項目中,業(yè)主能否進行有效的設計管理,獲取高質(zhì)量的設計文件,對實現(xiàn)整個工程的進度、質(zhì)量、投資三個控制目標至關重要。從組織措施、技術措施兩方面,介紹上海中心大廈項目進行設計質(zhì)量控制的方法。
[Abstract]:In real estate projects, whether the owners can carry out effective design and management and obtain high quality design documents is of great importance to the realization of the three control objectives of the progress, quality and investment of the whole project. From the two aspects of organizational measures and technical measures, the method of designing quality control for Shanghai Center Tower projects is introduced.
