【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟(jì)正持續(xù)增長,吸引了眾多西方媒體的關(guān)注,而曾經(jīng)炙手可熱的中國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)自2013年下半年開始呈放緩趨勢(shì),國外媒體對(duì)此更是高度矚目。相對(duì)國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的報(bào)道而言,西方主流媒體結(jié)合全球房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及自身對(duì)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的了解,對(duì)中國房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的報(bào)道更為全面、更為透徹。在當(dāng)今這個(gè)信息爆炸的時(shí)代,了解西方媒體對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)、對(duì)中國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的中立報(bào)道,能為中國讀者提供一個(gè)很好的借鑒途徑�；谏鲜鲈�,對(duì)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)新聞報(bào)道文本漢譯實(shí)踐與研究,對(duì)中國乃至整個(gè)世界都很有意義。本翻譯項(xiàng)目以BBC網(wǎng)站上關(guān)于中國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的新聞為例,選取了若干文本進(jìn)行翻譯實(shí)踐,并在此基礎(chǔ)上撰寫了翻譯報(bào)告。報(bào)告對(duì)選取的文本從詞匯、句法和語篇三個(gè)層面上進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)出房地產(chǎn)新聞文本的特點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,報(bào)告以文本類型理論為指導(dǎo),就新聞文本的翻譯策略和原則進(jìn)行了討論,總結(jié)和闡述了翻譯過程中的發(fā)現(xiàn)和不足,以便為今后房地產(chǎn)新聞文本的翻譯實(shí)踐提供參考和建議。報(bào)告共五章:第一章,任務(wù)描述。介紹了選取文本的來源、字?jǐn)?shù)、內(nèi)容等大致情況,并對(duì)于該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐意義和學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值進(jìn)行了描述。第二章,過程描述。就整個(gè)翻譯項(xiàng)目的準(zhǔn)備、實(shí)踐和校對(duì)進(jìn)行了歸納和描述。第三章,文本分析。對(duì)選取文本從詞匯、句法和語篇三個(gè)層次進(jìn)行了分析,指出此類文本在用詞上多新詞、多縮寫詞、多專有名詞、多術(shù)語,以及靈活運(yùn)用詞匯修辭手段等;句式上,長句居多,句群結(jié)構(gòu)繁復(fù),句法層面多用修辭手段,多用被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)等;語篇上,結(jié)構(gòu)明晰,信息分布呈倒金字塔結(jié)構(gòu),段落較短,多用銜接手段,重要信息加粗加下劃線。本章最后,譯者就文本類型理論作了簡要介紹。第四章,案例研究。在分析原文的基礎(chǔ)上,從詞、句、篇三個(gè)層面結(jié)合實(shí)例,針對(duì)翻譯過程中的重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn),總結(jié)和描述譯程中所采用的翻譯策略和方法,并提供給讀者簡潔明了、準(zhǔn)確暢達(dá)的譯文。詞匯層面上,對(duì)于新詞、縮寫詞、專有名詞及術(shù)語,譯者采用查閱相關(guān)資料,套用現(xiàn)有漢語版本或是通過意譯的方法進(jìn)行翻譯;對(duì)于包含了修辭手法的詞匯,根據(jù)文本類型學(xué)理論的原則,譯者將翻譯重心放在譯入語上,采取等效翻譯的方法,把原文中的修辭表達(dá)照直移入譯語中。句法層面上,對(duì)于長句,首先通過分析句子結(jié)構(gòu)摸清各成分之間的邏輯關(guān)系,再根據(jù)漢語習(xí)慣對(duì)譯文進(jìn)行重組,如遇句群結(jié)構(gòu)繁復(fù),翻譯時(shí)則圍繞句群中心句進(jìn)行翻譯,分清主次,做到譯入語語句之間銜接緊密、語義連貫;對(duì)于句法層面上的修辭手段,其翻譯也根據(jù)文本類型學(xué)的原則進(jìn)行了翻譯,盡量把修辭手法翻譯出來;句法層面上的被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)根據(jù)情況保留一部分,同時(shí)通過調(diào)整語序,對(duì)原文的語態(tài)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)霓D(zhuǎn)換,譯為漢語的主動(dòng)句。語篇層面上,翻譯時(shí)保留倒金字塔結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)事實(shí)的重要程度及受眾的關(guān)心程度進(jìn)行依次遞減,把最重要的成分譯在前面,再根據(jù)各事實(shí)重要程度依次翻譯,同時(shí)考慮到段落較短的特點(diǎn),翻譯時(shí)運(yùn)用恰當(dāng)手段進(jìn)行銜接,避免前言不搭后語,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況合并內(nèi)容相近的相鄰句子;對(duì)于語篇層面上的銜接手段,在準(zhǔn)確分析和理解原文的基礎(chǔ)上采取了不同手段保留或者省略;在處理突出信息時(shí),通過重復(fù)和改變字體的方法凸顯信息,同時(shí)在符合邏輯的前提下,根據(jù)信息重要程度進(jìn)行譯文語序的調(diào)整。第五章,總結(jié)�；谶\(yùn)用文本類型理論翻譯新聞報(bào)道文本進(jìn)行實(shí)踐的發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)未來在該領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的實(shí)踐和研究提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The economy is continuing to grow China, attracted many Western media attention, and Chinese once hot real estate industry since the second half of 2013 was slowing trend, foreign media attention. This is highly relative to the domestic real estate market reports, western mainstream media according to the development trend of global real estate and their own understanding of the real estate the industry of real estate market, China reported more comprehensive, more thorough. In this era of information explosion, understand the western media to China economic reports on China, neutrality of the real estate industry, can provide a good reference way for Chinese readers. Based on the above reasons, the research and practice of Chinese the real estate market news text, has great significance to the Chinese and even the whole world. This translation project to BBC sites on the Chinese real estate industry news as an example, if selected Do text translation practice, translation and writing on the basis of this report. The report of the selected text from the three aspects of vocabulary, syntax and discourse analysis, summed up the characteristics of the real estate news text. On the basis of this report, with text type theory as a guide, news text translation strategies and principles are discussed, summarizes and describes the translation process and found deficiencies, so as to provide reference and suggestions for the translation practice in the future real estate news report. The text consists of five chapters: the first chapter introduces the source of the task description. The selected text, words, content for the general situation, and the practical significance of the project and the academic value is described. The second chapter, the whole process is described. The translation project preparation, practice and proofreading are summarized and described. The third chapter is text analysis.
