【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,大量人口涌入城市,使原本緊張的城市住房資源變得更加稀缺,房?jī)r(jià)也隨之升高。2006年國(guó)務(wù)院下發(fā)《關(guān)于調(diào)整住房供應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定房?jī)r(jià)的意見(jiàn)》,意見(jiàn)明確規(guī)定:自2006年6月1日起,凡新審批、新開(kāi)工的商品住房建設(shè),套型建筑面積90平方米以下住房(含經(jīng)濟(jì)適應(yīng)房)面積所占比重,必須達(dá)到開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)總面積的70%以上。它對(duì)我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響,市場(chǎng)主流供應(yīng)產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)發(fā)生革命性的變化。由于國(guó)家政策和房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)需求等各種原因,住房面積逐步縮小,小戶型應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。雖然小面積居室有占地小,價(jià)格便宜的特點(diǎn),但是由于面積有限,在建筑之初不可能完全考慮到居住者對(duì)房屋的各種使用要求。我們應(yīng)該清晰認(rèn)識(shí)到問(wèn)題所在,并作出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。本文便是在此考慮之下展開(kāi)調(diào)查研究,為小戶型室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)探索出一套合理化模式。首先,論文對(duì)課題研究的目的和意義及其相關(guān)概念做出了闡述,概念的引出讓我們初步認(rèn)知小戶型住宅空間。在分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外小戶型的發(fā)展成果之后,通過(guò)中外對(duì)比,吸收借鑒日本、新加坡、香港等地小戶型的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。從用戶群體需求和室內(nèi)環(huán)境因素兩個(gè)方面論述了影響小戶型室內(nèi)空間的設(shè)計(jì)因素,對(duì)小戶型空間的合理高效利用提供了依據(jù),確保了研究目標(biāo)的合理性。其次,論文借助系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)思想,利用室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)等理論工具對(duì)小戶型的功能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行全面、客觀的探討。在探討功能布置原則與制約空間設(shè)計(jì)因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合把握室內(nèi)布局、色彩、光線、綠化、家具選擇等多方面因素,為空間高效利用提供合理指導(dǎo),從而確立了以人為本、空間高效利用的設(shè)計(jì)原則。最后,論文對(duì)小戶型室內(nèi)空間的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)做了研究,通過(guò)對(duì)可變空間設(shè)計(jì)、縱向空間設(shè)計(jì)、模糊空間設(shè)計(jì)、收納空間設(shè)計(jì)等方面做技巧分析,并對(duì)室內(nèi)各個(gè)空間設(shè)計(jì)分別展開(kāi)論述,確保各空間在整體統(tǒng)一的前提下最大化利用。文中最后部分附有真實(shí)案例分析,從平面布局開(kāi)始講解直到方案完成,結(jié)合實(shí)例學(xué)習(xí)借鑒小戶型室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)分析研究,針對(duì)小戶型室內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問(wèn)題,分析形成問(wèn)題的原因并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策,力求探索出一套功能齊全、空間高效利用的小戶型設(shè)計(jì)體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, a large number of people have poured into cities, making the previously scarce urban housing resources more scarce.In 2006, the State Council issued an "opinion on the Adjustment of Housing supply structure to stabilize Housing prices", which clearly stipulates that as of June 1, 2006, all new commodity housing construction projects will be approved and approved.The proportion of housing area below 90 square meters (including economic accommodation) must reach more than 70% of the total area of development and construction.It has a profound impact on our real estate market, the market mainstream supply products have undergone revolutionary changes.As a result of national policies and real estate market demand and other reasons, the housing area gradually reduced, small-size units came into being.Although the small bedroom has the characteristics of small occupation and low price, it is impossible to fully consider the various requirements of the occupants for the house at the beginning of the construction due to the limited area.We should clearly recognize the problem and make corresponding countermeasures.This article is under this consideration carries out the investigation research, explores a set of rationalization pattern for the small household type interior design.First of all, the purpose and significance of the research and related concepts are expounded. The introduction of the concept makes us recognize the small housing space.After analyzing the development results of small household type at home and abroad, we draw lessons from the design experience of Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and other places through the comparison between China and foreign countries.This paper discusses the design factors which affect the indoor space of small hukou from two aspects: the demand of user group and the factors of indoor environment. It provides the basis for the rational and efficient utilization of the small household space and ensures the rationality of the research goal.Secondly, with the help of the system design idea, the paper makes a comprehensive and objective discussion on the function structure of the small household type by using theoretical tools such as interior design and so on.On the basis of discussing the principle of function layout and the analysis of restricting factors of space design, the author comprehensively grasps the interior layout, color, light, greening, furniture selection and so on, so as to provide reasonable guidance for the efficient use of space.Thus, it establishes the design principle of people-oriented and efficient use of space.Finally, the paper makes a research on the system design of small household interior space, through the variable space design, longitudinal space design, fuzzy space design, including space design, etc.The interior space design is discussed separately to ensure the maximum utilization of each space under the premise of the unity of the whole.In the last part of the paper, a real case analysis is attached, from the plane layout to the completion of the plan, and learn from the small household interior design experience.Through systematic analysis and research, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the design of small apartment interior space, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures, in order to explore a set of small household design system with complete functions and efficient use of space.
