【摘要】：近年來，城市建設(shè)步伐飛快，人們生活水平逐步提高，對(duì)居住環(huán)境也有了更高的要求，，居住環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到居民們的幸福、健康、快樂以及城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。由于居住環(huán)境的重要性，房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商在開發(fā)每個(gè)小區(qū)時(shí)越來越重視居住區(qū)的園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)，希望營造好居住區(qū)的園林景觀，吸引更多的客戶，但同時(shí)又不想投入太多的成本。要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建一個(gè)優(yōu)美的花園式居住環(huán)境且又要成本投入少的小區(qū)園林，植物設(shè)計(jì)在景觀設(shè)計(jì)中尤其重要，而在植物設(shè)計(jì)中，首次投入成本低又有出景觀效果的植物景觀元素非草坪莫屬。那么，如何利用低造價(jià)的草坪營造一個(gè)環(huán)境優(yōu)美的花園式居住小區(qū)便是本文的研究主題。 如何營造居住區(qū)草坪景觀？本文結(jié)合筆者多年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)通過從設(shè)計(jì)、施工、后期養(yǎng)護(hù)的角度進(jìn)行闡述如何建造小區(qū)的草坪景觀。在設(shè)計(jì)階段，首先對(duì)草坪在居住區(qū)布局中位置的選擇進(jìn)行分析，分別從人流歸家流線及流線外空間和小區(qū)風(fēng)環(huán)境及日照環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析如何布置草坪。接著，分析草坪在居住區(qū)中作為主景和配景在園林景觀中的運(yùn)用，同時(shí)詳細(xì)闡述了草坪景觀與其他園林要素如微地形、其他植物、道路、水體、建筑等如何相結(jié)合造景。最后，對(duì)草坪草種的選擇的三大原則加以述說。施工階段中，將草坪分為普通草坪、高質(zhì)量草坪、水土保持草坪、屋頂花園草坪、其他特殊草坪分別進(jìn)行分析其施工工藝的要點(diǎn)及坪床結(jié)構(gòu)做法。在草坪后期的日常養(yǎng)護(hù)中，對(duì)草坪養(yǎng)護(hù)單位的選擇及病蟲害防治、草坪修剪、水肥管理、斑禿地塊補(bǔ)草及清除雜草這五項(xiàng)日常養(yǎng)護(hù)工作進(jìn)行主要闡述。本文還根據(jù)筆者工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)出草坪在居住區(qū)中出現(xiàn)的一些涉及到設(shè)計(jì)、施工、后期養(yǎng)護(hù)方面的問題，并提出解決問題的建議及方法。文章最后，根據(jù)草坪不同風(fēng)格分別選取平地面草坪和微地形草坪的兩個(gè)實(shí)際案列進(jìn)行分析草坪在各個(gè)階段如何營造及提出案列值得借鑒和改進(jìn)的地方。通過這些研究和探討，為營造居住區(qū)草坪景觀的相關(guān)專業(yè)及部門提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid pace of urban construction, people's standard of living has been gradually improved, and the living environment has higher requirements. The quality of the living environment is directly related to the well-being, health, happiness and sustainable development of the city.Because of the importance of living environment, real estate developers pay more and more attention to the landscape design of residential areas when developing each community, hoping to create the landscape of residential areas, attract more customers, but at the same time do not want to invest too much cost.Plant design is particularly important in landscape design in order to create a beautiful garden-style living environment with less investment in community gardens, and in plant design,For the first time, the plant landscape elements with low cost and landscape effect are the lawn.So, how to make use of the low-cost lawn to build a beautiful garden-style residential district is the research theme of this paper.How to create lawn landscape in residential area?In the stage of design, the selection of lawn position in residential area layout was analyzed firstly, and how to arrange lawn was analyzed from the space outside the stream of people returning to the home and the space outside the streamline and the wind environment and sunshine environment of the residential area respectively.Then, the application of lawn in residential area as main landscape and landscape matching is analyzed. At the same time, how to combine lawn landscape with other garden elements such as micro-topography, other plants, roads, water bodies, architecture and so on is discussed in detail.Finally, the three principles of selection of lawn grass species are described.In the construction stage, the lawn is divided into common lawn, high quality lawn, soil and water conservation lawn, roof garden lawn and other special lawn.In the later stage of lawn maintenance, the selection of turf maintenance units and the control of diseases and pests, lawn pruning, water and fertilizer management, alopecia areata grass supplement and weed removal were mainly discussed.According to the author's working experience, this paper summarizes some problems related to the design, construction and later maintenance of lawn in residential areas, and puts forward some suggestions and methods to solve the problems.At last, according to the different styles of lawn, two actual cases of flat ground lawn and micro-terrain lawn were selected to analyze how to construct lawn in each stage and put forward some points worth learning and improving.Through these research and discussion, provide the guidance and reference significance for the related specialty and department of building lawn landscape in residential area.
