促進廣西房地產(chǎn)“去庫存”探討

【摘要】:正2014年以來,全國房地產(chǎn)庫存居高不下,行業(yè)發(fā)展風險加大。房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈長,關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè)多,房地產(chǎn)庫存過大,勢必給經(jīng)濟平穩(wěn)發(fā)展帶來不利影響。本文重點分析研究了2016年來廣西促進房地產(chǎn)"去庫存"的成效、面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并就如何加快廣西房地產(chǎn)"去庫存"提出建議。一、廣西穩(wěn)步促進房地產(chǎn)"去庫存"2016年以來,廣西各級政府因城施策,通過降低購房首付比例、調(diào)整住房公積金貸款政策、加大房產(chǎn)交易環(huán)
[Abstract]:Since 2014, the national real estate inventory remains high, industry development risks increased.The industry chain of real estate industry is long, there are many related industries, and the inventory of real estate is too large, which will inevitably bring adverse effects to the steady development of economy.This paper focuses on the analysis of the effectiveness and challenges faced by Guangxi in promoting "destocking" of real estate in 2016, and puts forward some suggestions on how to speed up the "destocking" of real estate in Guangxi.First, Guangxi has steadily promoted the "destocking" of real estate since 2016, Guangxi governments at all levels have adopted measures to reduce the proportion of down payment for housing purchases, adjust the housing accumulation fund loan policy, and strengthen the real estate transaction environment.
