【摘要】:正2014年以來(lái),全國(guó)房地產(chǎn)庫(kù)存居高不下,行業(yè)發(fā)展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加大。房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈長(zhǎng),關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè)多,房地產(chǎn)庫(kù)存過(guò)大,勢(shì)必給經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)發(fā)展帶來(lái)不利影響。本文重點(diǎn)分析研究了2016年來(lái)廣西促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)"去庫(kù)存"的成效、面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并就如何加快廣西房地產(chǎn)"去庫(kù)存"提出建議。一、廣西穩(wěn)步促進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)"去庫(kù)存"2016年以來(lái),廣西各級(jí)政府因城施策,通過(guò)降低購(gòu)房首付比例、調(diào)整住房公積金貸款政策、加大房產(chǎn)交易環(huán)
[Abstract]:Since 2014, the national real estate inventory remains high, industry development risks increased.The industry chain of real estate industry is long, there are many related industries, and the inventory of real estate is too large, which will inevitably bring adverse effects to the steady development of economy.This paper focuses on the analysis of the effectiveness and challenges faced by Guangxi in promoting "destocking" of real estate in 2016, and puts forward some suggestions on how to speed up the "destocking" of real estate in Guangxi.First, Guangxi has steadily promoted the "destocking" of real estate since 2016, Guangxi governments at all levels have adopted measures to reduce the proportion of down payment for housing purchases, adjust the housing accumulation fund loan policy, and strengthen the real estate transaction environment.
