【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)正處在一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)性轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,在國(guó)家宏觀政策的調(diào)控下甚至面臨行業(yè)洗牌。G房地產(chǎn)公司是國(guó)內(nèi)大型的房地產(chǎn)企業(yè),經(jīng)過(guò)30年的發(fā)展壯大已經(jīng)成為行業(yè)一線(xiàn)品牌。隨著行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期的來(lái)臨,G公司面臨內(nèi)部規(guī)模擴(kuò)張及管理運(yùn)營(yíng)提升的壓力,因此實(shí)施知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略,整合資源,獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),已成為企業(yè)保持穩(wěn)步發(fā)展的重要舉措。 本文首先介紹了G房地產(chǎn)公司在規(guī)模擴(kuò)張過(guò)程中所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀;然后在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行深度分析知識(shí)管理運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)節(jié)及知識(shí)管理支撐因素等內(nèi)容;最后結(jié)合管理、文化與技術(shù)等因素事項(xiàng),制定出知識(shí)管理運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)各環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)施策略,開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)可實(shí)施的、有理論支撐、有實(shí)踐意義的基于企業(yè)的知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施理論體系。 作者希望通過(guò)對(duì)本課題的探究,探析房地產(chǎn)知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略、知識(shí)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施因素,,形成房地產(chǎn)知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施策略的理論支撐,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)知識(shí)資產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化為企業(yè)核心資源,使知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施真正服務(wù)于公司的戰(zhàn)略,從而對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)研究知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施策略具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of real estate in our country is in a critical period of structural transformation. Under the control of the national macro policy, the real estate company even faces the industry reshuffle. G real estate company is a large real estate enterprise in China.After 30 years of development and growth has become a line of industry brands.With the coming of the turning period of the industry, company G is facing the pressure of internal scale expansion and management and operation promotion. Therefore, the implementation of knowledge management strategy, the integration of resources and the acquisition of competitive advantages has become an important measure for enterprises to maintain steady development.This paper first introduces the internal and external environment and the status quo of the implementation of knowledge management strategy faced by G real estate company in the process of scale expansion, and then makes a deep analysis of the running links of knowledge management and the supporting factors of knowledge management, etc.Finally, combined with the management, culture and technology, the implementation strategy of each link of knowledge management is worked out, and a implementable, theoretical and practical implementation system of knowledge management strategy based on enterprise is developed.The author hopes to explore the knowledge management strategy, knowledge operation and the implementation factors of the knowledge management strategy, and form the theoretical support of the implementation strategy of the real estate knowledge management strategy.The implementation of the knowledge management strategy can really serve the company's strategy, which is helpful for the domestic real estate enterprises to study the implementation strategy of the knowledge management strategy.
