制造業(yè)企業(yè)進入房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)投資的動機和風險分析

【摘要】:在我國當前的經(jīng)濟形勢下,制造業(yè)的發(fā)展步履維艱,成本持續(xù)增加,因不能掌握產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心技術而始終處于產(chǎn)業(yè)的最低端。而同時,房地產(chǎn)業(yè)卻蒸蒸日上,從而導致眾多制造業(yè)企業(yè)轉移其業(yè)務,紛紛涌入地產(chǎn)行業(yè)。本文在深入了解制造業(yè)和房地產(chǎn)業(yè)實際情況的基礎上,對制造業(yè)、房產(chǎn)業(yè)情況及制造業(yè)大舉進入房產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)象及原因進行了深入的分析,并提出相關可行性建議。因此為了保證制造業(yè)順利的轉型升級,國家需要對房地產(chǎn)進行宏觀調(diào)控,合理地引導資金流向,改變產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持政策。
[Abstract]:In the current economic situation of our country, the development of the manufacturing industry is very difficult, the cost is increasing continuously, and it is always at the lowest end of the industry because of its inability to master the core technology of the industry. At the same time, the real estate industry is booming day by day. As a result, many manufacturing enterprises have shifted their business and poured into the real estate industry. On the basis of in-depth understanding of the actual situation in the manufacturing and real estate industries, this paper discusses the manufacturing industry. The situation of the housing industry and the phenomenon and reasons for the large-scale entry of the manufacturing industry into the housing industry are analyzed in depth, and the relevant feasibility suggestions are put forward. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, the state needs to carry out macro-control over the real estate industry. Reasonably guide the flow of funds and change the industrial support policy.
