【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國(guó)目前的主要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,為我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。"房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理"是工程管理本科專業(yè)的主干課程,為了加強(qiáng)學(xué)生在房地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐能力,進(jìn)入社會(huì)后盡快地適應(yīng)工作需要,本文擬從房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)研究、房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目策劃、房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目可行性研究三個(gè)方面討論該門課程的實(shí)踐教學(xué)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The real estate industry is one of the main pillar industries in our country at present, which has made great contribution to the economic development of our country. "Real Estate Development, Management and Management" is the main course for the undergraduate specialty of engineering management. In order to strengthen the students' practical ability in the field of real estate and to adapt to the needs of the work as soon as possible after entering the society, this paper intends to study the real estate market and plan the real estate projects. The practical teaching of this course is discussed in three aspects of the feasibility study of real estate project.
