【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的管理十分復(fù)雜,技術(shù)性較高,而且有著許多的不確定因素。房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)是項(xiàng)目開發(fā)建設(shè)中的關(guān)鍵所在,在整個(gè)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)建設(shè)階段起到十分重要的承上啟下的作用,因此,房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的管理尤為重要。筆者闡述了項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)管理與變更的有關(guān)概念,介紹了房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的影響,并對(duì)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)變更管理進(jìn)行了一定的探討研究。為加強(qiáng)我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)及變更管理提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The management of the real estate development project is very complex, the technology is high, and there are many uncertain factors. The design of the real estate development project is the key in the project development and construction. Therefore, the management of real estate development project design is particularly important. The author expounds the related concepts of project design management and change. This paper introduces the influence of the real estate development project design on the project, and probes into the design change management of the real estate development project, which provides a certain reference for strengthening the design and change management of the real estate development project in our country.
