【摘要】：文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、環(huán)保生態(tài)、城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌和云南橋頭堡建設(shè)是我國國家發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略,因此,從旅游業(yè)的角度,需要積極探索與國家戰(zhàn)略高度契合的旅游項目。同時,云南省和昆明市的旅游“二次創(chuàng)業(yè)”需要有重大復合型旅游項目進行支撐。從旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展背景來看,旅游新業(yè)態(tài)逐步成為投資熱點,旅游綜合體大量涌現(xiàn)。 基于此,本文在闡明研究背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容以及研究方法的基礎(chǔ)上,以旅游綜合體理論、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論、旅游導向型土地綜合開發(fā)理論和旅游房地產(chǎn)理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合對深圳東部華僑城、成都國色天香樂園、香港迪斯尼樂園、瑞士達沃斯小鎮(zhèn)和法國普羅旺斯等案例的分析和經(jīng)驗總結(jié),對鳳龍灣國際旅游生態(tài)城的開發(fā)背景條件,包括鳳龍灣概述、開發(fā)背景、開發(fā)條件、開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀和開發(fā)價值等做了深入的分析,進而提出了鳳龍灣國際旅游生態(tài)城的開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,包括開發(fā)理念、開發(fā)定位、開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略和開發(fā)模式以及龍灣國際旅游生態(tài)城的開發(fā)布局,包括總體布局、項目建設(shè)和申報工程。最后,提出鳳龍灣國際旅游生態(tài)城堅持生態(tài)優(yōu)先的開發(fā)理念、實現(xiàn)利益相關(guān)者和諧共贏、塑造特色賣點和旅游品牌、統(tǒng)籌周邊村鎮(zhèn)的互動發(fā)展、建立科學的分期建設(shè)方案的五大開發(fā)對策和未來研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry, circular economy, environmental protection ecology, urban and rural planning and bridgehead construction in Yunnan are important strategies for China's national development. Therefore, from the perspective of tourism, it is necessary to actively explore tourism projects that are highly compatible with the national strategy. At the same time, The tourism "second pioneering" in Yunnan Province and Kunming needs to be supported by major complex tourism projects. From the background of tourism industry development, the new tourism industry has gradually become a hot spot of investment and tourism complex has emerged in large numbers. Based on this, this paper clarifies the research background, significance, research content and research methods, based on the theory of tourism complex, tourism industry cluster theory, tourism industry cluster theory, tourism industry cluster theory, tourism industry cluster theory, tourism industry cluster theory. Based on the theory of comprehensive development of tourism-oriented land and the theory of tourism real estate, combining with the overseas Chinese cities in the east of Shenzhen, Chengdu Guodianxiang Park, Hong Kong Disneyland, The analysis and experience of the cases in Davos, Switzerland and Provence, France, and the background conditions for the development of Fenglong Bay International Tourism Ecological City, including the outline of Fenglong Bay, the background of development, the conditions of development, Based on the analysis of the present situation and value of the development, the paper puts forward the development strategy of Fenglong Bay International Tourism Ecological City, including the development concept, development orientation, development strategy and development model, and the development layout of the international tourism ecological city in Fenglong Bay, including the development concept, the development orientation, the development strategy and the development model. Including the overall layout, project construction and application projects. Finally, it is proposed that the Fenglong Bay International Tourism Ecological City adhere to the concept of ecological priority development, realize a harmonious win-win situation among stakeholders, and shape characteristic selling points and tourism brands. To coordinate the interactive development of surrounding villages and towns, to establish five development countermeasures and future research prospects of scientific phased construction plan.
