【摘要】：正樓宇對(duì)講系統(tǒng)從九十年代初開始進(jìn)入中國(guó),到現(xiàn)在中小城市都隨處可見。眾所周知,樓字對(duì)講行業(yè)與房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)密切相關(guān),隨著房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的回暖,樓宇對(duì)講行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)積極上升的態(tài)勢(shì),繼續(xù)保持約10%-15%的增長(zhǎng)速度。在二十多年的發(fā)展過程中,受益于國(guó)內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展所帶來的巨大市場(chǎng)需求,中國(guó)樓宇對(duì)講行業(yè)保持著平穩(wěn)、快速的增長(zhǎng)。最近幾年來,樓宇對(duì)講企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中一直被業(yè)界所重點(diǎn)關(guān)注,"房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控"、"智能家居"、"智慧城市建設(shè)"、"開放小區(qū)"等已經(jīng)成為與樓宇對(duì)講行業(yè)、企業(yè)息息相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵詞。樓宇對(duì)講也經(jīng)歷過了從非
