【摘要】：隨著美國QE逐步退出、我國銀行信貸規(guī)模收緊、房地產(chǎn)及資本市場融資功能轉(zhuǎn)弱,本土服裝上市公司向地產(chǎn)等高收益領(lǐng)域的多元化發(fā)展受到制約。然而在服裝業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢走弱不可逆轉(zhuǎn)、行業(yè)大環(huán)境難以改善的背景下,服裝上市公司的多元化發(fā)展模式依然會長期存在,但相較而言,增量式同界異業(yè)相關(guān)多元化發(fā)展模式或可作為服裝上市公司的戰(zhàn)略首選。
[Abstract]:With the gradual withdrawal of QE from the United States, the scale of bank credit in China has tightened, and the financing function of real estate and capital markets has weakened. The diversified development of local clothing listed companies in high-income areas such as real estate is restricted. However, in the context of the weakening of the comparative advantage of the clothing industry and the difficulty of improving the industry environment, The diversified development mode of clothing listed companies will still exist for a long time, but, in contrast, the incremental diversified development model of the same industry and different industries may be the first choice of the listed companies' strategy.
