【摘要】：正三大特點(diǎn)彰顯市場(chǎng)平穩(wěn)對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)在的房地產(chǎn)形勢(shì),特別是下一步的走勢(shì),全社會(huì)都高度關(guān)注。判斷現(xiàn)在的房地產(chǎn)形勢(shì)和預(yù)計(jì)未來(lái)的房地產(chǎn)走勢(shì),應(yīng)該看主要特點(diǎn)和基本條件�，F(xiàn)在我國(guó)的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)有三個(gè)主要特點(diǎn):一是銷售企穩(wěn)回升。2015年底全國(guó)住房銷售面積增長(zhǎng)了6.5%,銷售額增長(zhǎng)了14.4%。2016年1—2月份仍然保持了這個(gè)勢(shì)頭,銷售企穩(wěn)回升;二是分化嚴(yán)重,而且日趨嚴(yán)重。全國(guó)一線城市和三四線城市情況大不一樣,這就給房
