【摘要】：主題公園(theme park)是20世紀(jì)50年代開始興起的集休閑娛樂(lè)和旅游景點(diǎn)為一體的城市新型公共娛樂(lè)休閑空間。主題公園通常是利用先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)與文化藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)等手法進(jìn)行規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)的具有單一或多樣主題內(nèi)容的公共性休閑娛樂(lè)空間，它集娛樂(lè)游賞和生態(tài)自然環(huán)境景觀相統(tǒng)一的特征。因此，它又是為滿足旅游者多樣化休閑娛樂(lè)需求和選擇而建造的一種具有創(chuàng)意性游園線索和策劃性活動(dòng)方式的現(xiàn)代旅游目的地形態(tài)。20世紀(jì)90年代以后，興建城市主題性公園成為我國(guó)公園旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的潮流，在此過(guò)程中，主題公園的實(shí)際規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)所存在的如規(guī)劃布局的不合理、整體經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺、宏觀指導(dǎo)不足、管理水平不完善等諸多原因?qū)е麓蠖鄶?shù)主題公園在建成后紛紛倒閉，嚴(yán)重阻滯了我國(guó)主題公園的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。主題公園的價(jià)值表現(xiàn)在它作為一種休閑娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所和一個(gè)城市地標(biāo)性的建筑群落，除了能滿足游客的多樣化的需求，它也能帶給城市新的生機(jī)和活力，在帶動(dòng)旅游發(fā)展的同時(shí)也能帶來(lái)房地產(chǎn)等諸多領(lǐng)域的再發(fā)展，，因此主題公園在城市的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著獨(dú)特的功能和優(yōu)勢(shì)。主題公園的發(fā)展受到地理區(qū)域位置、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平以及空間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況三者的影響。主題公園的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展要主要表現(xiàn)在文化資源、市場(chǎng)培育、服務(wù)升級(jí)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建設(shè)等方面。其中對(duì)于文化創(chuàng)意、主題內(nèi)涵的選擇、客源市場(chǎng)的培育和主題公園互動(dòng)體驗(yàn)服務(wù)的升級(jí)和打造整個(gè)主題公園產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)群是決定主題公園發(fā)展的生命力的重要因素。國(guó)內(nèi)外的主題公園的成功案例表明，鮮明的地域文化主題、滿足高質(zhì)量的精神消費(fèi)需求、動(dòng)靜結(jié)合的互動(dòng)式體驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｊ降仁谴龠M(jìn)主題公園快速發(fā)展的動(dòng)力因素。通過(guò)研究表明，新時(shí)期主題公園的發(fā)展應(yīng)當(dāng)仰賴于綠色生態(tài)景觀的營(yíng)造和現(xiàn)代綠色生態(tài)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。如太陽(yáng)能技術(shù)、風(fēng)能技術(shù)、中水系統(tǒng)生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)以及植物環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)與主題公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合可以解決主題公園的綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Theme park (theme park) is a new urban public recreation and leisure space, which has been developed since 1950s. Theme park is usually based on advanced science and technology, culture and art performance. A public leisure and entertainment space with a single or diverse theme for planning and design, It integrates the characteristics of entertainment and natural environment landscape. Therefore, It is also a kind of modern tourist destination which is constructed to meet the diversified leisure and entertainment needs and choices of tourists. It is a kind of modern tourist destination form with creative garden clues and planned activities. After 90s of the 20th century, it is a kind of modern tourist destination. The construction of urban theme parks has become the trend of the development of park tourism in China. In the process, the actual planning and design of theme parks are unreasonable, lack of overall experience and lack of macro guidance. Many other reasons, such as inadequate management, have led to the closure of most theme parks after completion. The value of the theme park is that, as a recreational place and a landmark architectural community, it can meet the diverse needs of tourists. It can also bring new vitality and vitality to the city. It can also bring about the re-development of many fields such as real estate while driving the development of tourism. Therefore, theme parks play a unique role and advantage in the development of the city. The innovation and development of theme parks are mainly manifested in cultural resources, market cultivation, service upgrading and industrial cluster construction. The choice of theme connotation, the cultivation of tourist market, the promotion of interactive experience service of theme park and the creation of industrial cluster of theme park are the important factors to determine the vitality of theme park development. The successful cases of theme park at home and abroad show that, The distinct theme of regional culture, meeting the demand of high quality spiritual consumption, and the interactive experience mode of dynamic and dynamic combination are the driving factors to promote the rapid development of theme park. The development of theme parks in the new era should depend on the construction of green ecological landscape and the application of modern green ecological technology, such as solar energy technology, wind energy technology, The ecological design of reclaimed water system and the combination of plant environment design and theme park planning and design can solve the problem of green sustainable development of theme park.
