【摘要】：在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的變化和政策的不穩(wěn)定性等條件下,房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的波動(dòng)也變得越來(lái)越多,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也隨之?dāng)U大,因此,對(duì)于房產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)和政府相關(guān)部門而言,如何獲得住房市場(chǎng)的最新數(shù)據(jù),以及對(duì)現(xiàn)有的房地產(chǎn)形勢(shì)精準(zhǔn)的數(shù)字化分析就顯得尤為重要。 論文針對(duì)如何建立適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需要的公有房屋綜合數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理信息系統(tǒng)提出了一套解決方案。本系統(tǒng)在功能上實(shí)現(xiàn)了B/S (Browser/Server)模式下通過(guò)人工錄入、數(shù)據(jù)遷移、數(shù)據(jù)匯總等方式分別實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)公有房屋土地信息、實(shí)時(shí)更新的公共住房按照行政區(qū)域劃分的信息以及房地產(chǎn)等信息進(jìn)行靈活的檢索、統(tǒng)計(jì)功能,可依據(jù)用戶的需要,便于檢索和統(tǒng)計(jì)各種數(shù)據(jù),并提供直觀的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)圖表及Excel導(dǎo)出、打印等功能,以提供必要的數(shù)據(jù)支持。軟件架構(gòu)上采用ASP. NET三層架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開發(fā)。在Model層采用C#及Ado. net技術(shù)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)體進(jìn)行封裝,在BLL層使用ASP. NET及Javascript、 Ajax等技術(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行代碼編寫,在UI層使用VS2010自帶的控件和RadControl控件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)和展示；在數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)方面則選取關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)SQL Server2005。開發(fā)過(guò)程中運(yùn)用了.NET框架和ASP. NET相關(guān)技術(shù)手段,以及ASP. NET所特有的Forms身份認(rèn)證方式,解決了大部分系統(tǒng)中普遍存在的數(shù)據(jù)安全性問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the change of macroeconomic environment and the instability of policy, the fluctuation of real estate market becomes more and more, and the risk also expands. For real estate development enterprises and government departments, how to obtain the latest data of the housing market, as well as the existing accurate digital analysis of the real estate situation is particularly important. This paper puts forward a set of solutions to how to set up a comprehensive data network management information system for public housing which can meet the needs of the market. This system realizes the data migration through manual input and data transfer in the mode of B / S / browser / Server. Data collection and other ways to achieve the public housing land information, real-time update of public housing according to administrative areas of information and real estate information for flexible retrieval, statistical functions, can be based on the needs of users, Easy to retrieve and statistics of various data, and provide intuitive data statistics charts and Excel export, printing and other functions, In order to provide the necessary data support, the software architecture is developed with the three layers of ASP. NET. In the Model layer, the data entity is encapsulated by C # and Adobe. Net technology. In the BLL layer, the ASP. NET and JavaScript, Ajax technologies are used to code the system business. In the UI layer, the data is presented and displayed by using the control and RadControl control that comes with VS2010, and the relational database SQL Server 2005 is selected in the aspect of data storage. In the process of development, the .NET Framework and ASP. NET are used in the development process. As well as the unique Forms authentication method of ASP. NET, it solves the data security problem that exists in most systems.
