【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)土地資源急度緊缺，近十年房地產(chǎn)價(jià)格持續(xù)高漲，購(gòu)買房屋已成為普通收入階層一輩子的夢(mèng)想。國(guó)家為防止房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)泡沫，提出“居者有其屋”，出臺(tái)了一系列房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控政策，中國(guó)城市的住宅需求和套型設(shè)計(jì)出現(xiàn)了新的變化，中小套型住宅順應(yīng)國(guó)情的發(fā)展得到大力推行。 本文以廣東地區(qū)的小套型住宅廚房和其使用者為研究對(duì)象。按照買房市場(chǎng)將小套型住宅細(xì)分為廉租房及經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房、普通小戶型住宅、公寓式住宅、老年人公寓等4種類型。從建筑學(xué)的相關(guān)理論和各領(lǐng)域的研究成果，首先對(duì)小套型住宅的社會(huì)需求進(jìn)行了論述，闡述了課題研究的目的和意義；其次結(jié)合以往對(duì)小套型住宅廚房空間研究的結(jié)果，從分析各類型居住人群的特點(diǎn)及其實(shí)際需求的人性化角度出發(fā)，對(duì)各種類型的小套型住宅廚房的適應(yīng)性平面類型，平面布置形式，廚房家電實(shí)用性，環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)，操作流線等方面重點(diǎn)分析及總結(jié)，提出各類型小套型住宅中廚房經(jīng)濟(jì)性、人性化、精細(xì)化、空間面積最大利用率的設(shè)計(jì)方法，，為設(shè)計(jì)者在各類型小套型住宅設(shè)計(jì)中提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the shortage of land resources in our country and the rising real estate prices in the past decade, buying houses has become the dream of the ordinary income class for a lifetime. A series of real estate regulation and control policies have been put forward, and new changes have appeared in the housing demand and suite design in Chinese cities, and the small and medium style houses have been vigorously implemented in accordance with the national conditions. This paper takes the kitchen and its users of the small apartment in Guangdong as the research object. According to the purchase market, the small apartment is subdivided into low-rent housing and comfortable housing, ordinary small house, apartment house, etc. From the related theory of architecture and the research results of various fields, this paper first discusses the social needs of the small apartment, and expounds the purpose and significance of the research. Secondly, according to the results of the previous research on the kitchen space of the small dwelling house, from the point of view of analyzing the characteristics of different types of residents and their actual needs, the adaptive plane types of the kitchen of various types of small dwelling houses are analyzed. Based on the analysis and summary of plane layout, utility of kitchen appliances, environment design, operation streamline and so on, this paper puts forward the design method of kitchen economy, humanization, refinement and maximum utilization ratio of space area in various types of small suite housing. It provides a reference for designers in the design of various types of small suite housing.
