【摘要】：針對(duì)汽車(chē)保有量增長(zhǎng)過(guò)快問(wèn)題,分析影響汽車(chē)保有量增長(zhǎng)的主要因素,從而提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。以南京市為例,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論分析影響南京市轎車(chē)和重型貨車(chē)保有量增長(zhǎng)的主要因素,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,建議加強(qiáng)城市軌道交通建設(shè)和對(duì)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)調(diào)控。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of excessive growth of vehicle ownership, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the growth of automobile ownership, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Taking Nanjing as an example, This paper analyzes the main factors that influence the increase of the quantity of cars and heavy trucks in Nanjing by using the grey relation theory. According to the results of the analysis, it is suggested that the construction of urban rail transit and the regulation of real estate industry should be strengthened.
