【摘要】:建筑業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,但建筑業(yè)也是一個危險性高、易發(fā)生事故的行業(yè)。隨著建筑行業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,建筑施工安全的隱患體現(xiàn)的越來越明顯,建筑施工事故也不斷出現(xiàn)。近年來,我國每年建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)事故傷亡人數(shù)占全國生產(chǎn)事故總傷亡人數(shù)的25%,施工安全事故頻頻發(fā)生,因此加強(qiáng)建筑施工安全管理的意義重大。本文以項(xiàng)目的安全管理理論和方法為基礎(chǔ),對德州市雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的施工安全管理進(jìn)行了研究。首先,文章闡述了選題的背景和意義,提出德州雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目安全管理中存在的問題,并對論文的主要內(nèi)容、技術(shù)路線和相關(guān)理論作了介紹。接著,針對德州雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目安全管理現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行分析,介紹該項(xiàng)目的基本情況以及安全管理現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)闡述了該房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目與普通房屋建筑項(xiàng)目安全生產(chǎn)的差異性,對該項(xiàng)目安全管理中存在的主要問題進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)分析。然后對德州雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行安全危險源辨識。通過定性分析指出雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的危險源。主要的危險源有人員包括人員流動、人員能力、人員違章;安全資金包括工程投標(biāo)讓利、建設(shè)單位拖延付款、承包商減少安全資金投入;施工設(shè)備風(fēng)險包括設(shè)計缺陷、安裝不當(dāng)、維修不利、違規(guī)拆除;物料包括物料質(zhì)量缺陷和物料存放使用不當(dāng);環(huán)境包括自然環(huán)境和文化軟環(huán)境。接下來進(jìn)行德州雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目安全評價。利用層次分析法和模糊評價法對雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了安全評價。得出該項(xiàng)目安全等級水平從低到高的排序?yàn)椋何锪稀①Y金安全、人員、施工設(shè)備、環(huán)境。最后,提出德州雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目安全管理對策。根據(jù)對危險源辨識和安全評價,論文對雙馨苑房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的安全管理進(jìn)行了分析和研究。對于安全評價,一般主要從定量和定量分析這兩部分結(jié)合起來綜合評價;對于本項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營方的人員、安全資金、物料、施工設(shè)備及環(huán)境的控制和監(jiān)控辦法與應(yīng)對策略,要結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目的具體情況來分析。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a pillar industry of China's national economy, but the construction industry is a high-risk, accident prone industry. With the continuous development of the construction industry, reflect the construction safety risks become more and more obvious, construction accidents also appear constantly. In recent years, the production accident casualties every year the construction industry I China accounted for 25% of the total number of casualties accidents, construction accidents occur frequently, therefore strengthen building construction safety management is of great significance. This paper is based on the theories and methods of project safety management, construction safety management of Dezhou double Xinyuan Real estate development project is studied. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance the topic, puts forward the existing safety management of Dezhou Xinyuan Real estate development problems in the project, and the main content, technical route and related theory are introduced. Then, the needle The current situation and problems of safety management of Dezhou double Xinyuan Real estate development projects are analyzed, introduced the basic situation of the project and the safety management situation, describes the differences of the real estate project and ordinary housing construction project safety, the main problems existing in the safety management of the project are analyzed in detail. Then the safety hazard identification of Dezhou Xinyuan Real estate development project. Through the qualitative analysis pointed out that the dangerous source of double Xinyuan Real Estate Development and construction projects. The main source of dangerous personnel including the flow of personnel, personnel, personnel illegal bidding; none security funds include engineering, construction units to reduce the delay in payment, the contractor safety investment; risk of construction equipment including the design defects, improper installation, maintenance, demolition of illegal materials; including the quality defects and improper use of material storage ring; Environment includes natural environment and cultural soft environment. Then the safety evaluation of Dezhou Xinyuan Real estate development project. Using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method of safety evaluation of double Xinyuan Real estate development project. The safety level of the project level from low to high order materials, the safety of funds, personnel, construction equipment and the environment. Finally, put forward countermeasures of safety management of Dezhou Xinyuan Real estate development project. According to the evaluation of hazard identification and safety, safety management of double Xinyuan Real estate development projects are analyzed and studied. For safety evaluation, mainly from the quantitative and quantitative analysis of the two parts together for the comprehensive evaluation; the project operator personnel, security funds, materials, construction equipment and environmental control and monitoring methods and strategies, according to the specific circumstances of the project to analyze.
