【摘要】：建筑涂料行業(yè)作為建筑和房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的下游產(chǎn)業(yè),市場競爭日趨激烈。加之國家陸續(xù)推出的針對涂料制造過程中的單位能耗限額國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及清潔生產(chǎn)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也提高了行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入門檻和推進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。要想處于不敗之地,企業(yè)除在技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的推陳出新,在環(huán)保和能耗可持續(xù)發(fā)展上不斷創(chuàng)新外,在供應(yīng)鏈制造方面也要取得新的突破,提高質(zhì)量、消除浪費(fèi)、降低成本。精益生產(chǎn)被認(rèn)為是行之有效的工具。 AN公司作為全球最大的涂料制造企業(yè),其在制造技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品研發(fā)方面都具有優(yōu)勢。AN-SJ工廠是其在華最大的水性裝飾涂料工廠,其工藝和設(shè)備設(shè)施、產(chǎn)品規(guī)模和質(zhì)量都處于國內(nèi)涂料行業(yè)的先進(jìn)之列,具有一定的代表性。 本文以AN-SJ工廠開展和實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)為案例,通過闡述精益生產(chǎn)的原理、管理模型、工具方法,結(jié)合建筑涂料行業(yè)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),介紹了涂料企業(yè)在精益生產(chǎn)中常見的問題。圍繞AN-SJ工廠實(shí)施的DCR-LEAN精益生產(chǎn)評估體系,介紹了工廠的精益生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐活動。希望對國內(nèi)涂料企業(yè)在開展精益生產(chǎn)活動有所參考和幫助。
[Abstract]:As the downstream industry of building and real estate industry, the market competition of building coatings industry is becoming increasingly fierce. In addition, the national standard of unit energy consumption limit and the certification standard for cleaner production have been introduced by the state one after another in the process of coating manufacturing. It also raises industry entry barriers and promotes sustainable development. In order to be in an invincible position, enterprises are constantly innovating in technology and products, and in sustainable development of environmental protection and energy consumption. It is also necessary to make new breakthroughs in supply chain manufacturing, improve quality, eliminate waste and reduce costs. Lean production is considered to be an effective tool. An Company is the largest paint manufacturer in the world. It has advantages in manufacturing technology and product development. AN-SJ factory is its largest waterborne decorative paint factory in China, with its process and equipment facilities. Product scale and quality are in the domestic paint industry advanced list, has a certain representative. This paper takes AN-SJ factory to develop and implement lean production as an example, through expounding the principle, management model, tool method of lean production, combining with the development characteristic of building paint industry. The common problems in lean production of coating enterprises are introduced. The evaluation system of DCR-LEAN lean production based on AN-SJ factory is introduced. The lean production practice in the factory is introduced. It is hoped that it will be helpful to domestic paint enterprises in developing lean production activities.
