【摘要】：本文主要運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃理論對(duì)JS房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了案例研究。第一,采用工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解方法,按照原則、方法、過(guò)程的思路對(duì)錦繡世園進(jìn)行了工作內(nèi)容的界定與分解;第二,對(duì)錦繡世園開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目工作先后關(guān)系進(jìn)行了確定。
[Abstract]:This article mainly uses the project schedule theory to carry on the case study to the JS real estate project. First, uses the work structure decomposition method, according to the principle, the method, the process mentality has carried on the definition and the decomposition to the rich brocade world garden; Secondly, the relationship between the development project and the development project of Jinxiu World Park has been confirmed.
