【摘要】：本文主要運用項目進度計劃理論對JS房地產(chǎn)項目進行了案例研究。第一,采用工作結構分解方法,按照原則、方法、過程的思路對錦繡世園進行了工作內容的界定與分解;第二,對錦繡世園開發(fā)項目工作先后關系進行了確定。
[Abstract]:This article mainly uses the project schedule theory to carry on the case study to the JS real estate project.
