【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展迅速,房地產(chǎn)業(yè)更是猶如雨后春筍般迅猛發(fā)展,隨之而來(lái)的檔案存儲(chǔ)數(shù)量也節(jié)節(jié)高升,由此引起的檔案工作量加大,加之其他細(xì)節(jié)方面的原因,房地產(chǎn)檔案管理工作漏洞越來(lái)越多,工作也隨之繁瑣。因此,當(dāng)務(wù)之急要對(duì)房地產(chǎn)檔案管理工作進(jìn)行改革,本文就建立數(shù)字化檔案的對(duì)策展開論述。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of today's society, the real estate industry has sprung up, and the amount of archival storage has increased, resulting in an increase in the amount of archival work, as well as the reasons for other details. As there are more and more loopholes in the management of real estate archives, the work becomes more and more complicated. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the management of real estate archives.
