【摘要】：XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting Language)網(wǎng)絡(luò)財務(wù)報告的興起推動了會計信息披露的革命�；趦r值法的財務(wù)報告的非結(jié)構(gòu)化表現(xiàn)形式,不便于信息使用者對其進(jìn)行查詢、取得、交換和分析。XBRL則通過將財務(wù)信息打碎,根據(jù)信息使用者的需求重新組合,很好地解決了數(shù)據(jù)處理分析中的難題。本文以房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)績效考評為例,通過引入XBRL,分析了如何構(gòu)建事項法下的信息元素,并對XBRL元素與事項元素的對接以及績效考評系統(tǒng)的實際應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:The rise of XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting language promotes the revolution of accounting information disclosure. The unstructured expression of financial report based on value method is not convenient for information users to query and obtain it. The exchange and analysis of XBRL, by breaking down the financial information and recombining it according to the needs of the information users, solve the problems in the data processing and analysis. This paper takes the performance appraisal of the real estate industry as an example. Through the introduction of XBRL, this paper analyzes how to construct the information elements under the event method, and probes into the docking of the XBRL elements with the event elements and the practical application of the performance appraisal system.
