【摘要】：正十年前,當(dāng)中科院院長路甬祥拍板創(chuàng)建中國科學(xué)院深圳先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院,事實(shí)上是在科研管理體制下撕開了—個口子這兩年,我在各地調(diào)研和講課,跟不少政府公務(wù)員和企業(yè)家有過交流,創(chuàng)新這個關(guān)鍵詞被反復(fù)提及。一開始時是傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)要轉(zhuǎn)型,要創(chuàng)新,要互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化,然后是房地產(chǎn)、金融業(yè)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)也在談轉(zhuǎn)型,
[Abstract]:Just ten years ago, Lu Yongxiang, president of the Chinese Academy of Science, decided to establish the Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In fact, it was under the scientific research management system that I opened a gap in the past two years. I have been studying and lecturing in various places. There have been exchanges with many government civil servants and entrepreneurs. The key word "innovation" has been repeatedly mentioned. At first, the traditional manufacturing industry had to be transformed, to innovate, to become Internet-oriented, and then real estate, the financial industry, and the Internet were also talking about transformation.
