云南SL房地產(chǎn)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:我國房地產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展不斷深入,其發(fā)展速度已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系內(nèi)大多數(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)。但是在這樣良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢下,我國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)明顯暴露出了諸多嚴(yán)重問題,如房價(jià)快速上漲,供需失衡;住房市場秩序混亂等問題;二手房市場和租賃市場發(fā)育緩慢,嚴(yán)重影響了我國房地產(chǎn)市場健康有序的發(fā)展,也給房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來了更大的挑戰(zhàn)。由于作者本人長期從事房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)經(jīng)營行業(yè),對房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展和經(jīng)營了解頗深。因此結(jié)合市場發(fā)展的狀況和個(gè)人經(jīng)歷,選擇了“SL房地產(chǎn)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究”作為本次論文的題目。 本文主要分為八章,采用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原理,層層遞進(jìn),闡述了現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)外的戰(zhàn)略研究以及主要的戰(zhàn)略理論,通過環(huán)境分析及市場調(diào)研,論證了SL公司在外部競爭環(huán)境及內(nèi)部環(huán)境中所面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),以及SL的實(shí)際經(jīng)營狀況作為分析的基礎(chǔ),研究擺在我國房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)面前一個(gè)較為嚴(yán)峻的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。 本文將結(jié)合當(dāng)時(shí)市場環(huán)境和云南SL公司的實(shí)際情況,希望通過筆者應(yīng)用所學(xué)的相關(guān)管理知識,為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提供幫助,利用現(xiàn)有條件、整合現(xiàn)有資源,抓住國家經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,加快企業(yè)發(fā)展,使企業(yè)在競爭中逐步成長,成為云南房地產(chǎn)市場的標(biāo)桿性企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy, the development of real estate industry in our country has gone far beyond most industries in our national economic system. However, with such a good development situation, The real estate industry in China has obviously exposed many serious problems, such as the rapid rise in house prices, the imbalance between supply and demand, the chaotic order of the housing market, the slow development of the second-hand housing market and the rental market, This has seriously affected the healthy and orderly development of the real estate market in our country, and has also brought greater challenges to the development of real estate enterprises. Since the author himself has been engaged in the real estate development and management industry for a long time, We have a deep understanding of the development and management of the real estate industry. Therefore, combining the situation of market development and personal experience, we choose "SL Real Estate Company's Development Strategy Research" as the title of this paper. This paper is divided into eight chapters. By using the principle of integrating theory with practice, the paper expounds the strategic research and main strategic theories at home and abroad at present, through environmental analysis and market research. This paper demonstrates the opportunities and challenges faced by SL Company in the external competitive environment and the internal environment, as well as the actual operating situation of SL as the basis of analysis, and studies a more severe development strategy task in front of the real estate development enterprises in China. This article will combine the market environment at that time and the actual situation of Yunnan SL Company, hope to apply the relevant management knowledge learned by the author, provide the help for the strategic development of the enterprise, utilize the existing conditions, integrate the existing resources, Seize the opportunity of the rapid development of national economy, accelerate the development of enterprises, make the enterprises grow gradually in the competition, and become the benchmark enterprises of Yunnan real estate market.
