【摘要】:在項(xiàng)目工程的施工管理過程中,質(zhì)量控制是一個非常重要的組成部分。從短期來看,質(zhì)量控制將會直接影響到工程中所花費(fèi)的材料費(fèi)用和人工勞動費(fèi)用,從長期來看,則會對建筑企業(yè)的名譽(yù)產(chǎn)生重要的影響。建筑企業(yè)是否能贏得更多的業(yè)主,關(guān)鍵在于能否交付高水平、高質(zhì)量的工程項(xiàng)目。所以工程項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人一定要確保已建成項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)內(nèi)容都能夠滿足相關(guān)的規(guī)章制度以及安全質(zhì)量要求,任何不合格問題都應(yīng)該堅(jiān)決退換,沒有達(dá)到質(zhì)量要求以及安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的工程一定要返工改造。本文主要將濰坊市匯泰銘城工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際施工作為分析案例,通過采用科學(xué)合理的數(shù)據(jù)分析方法,結(jié)合準(zhǔn)確可靠的定量分析工具進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的分析,針對分析結(jié)果中存在的質(zhì)量控制方面的問題,展開下一步的預(yù)測工作,希望這些方法以及方案可以對日后的質(zhì)量控制起到一定的幫助。本論文針對濰坊市匯泰銘城工程項(xiàng)目的施工,通過采用質(zhì)量控制方面的理論以及實(shí)際應(yīng)用方法對各個施工階段展開的管理工作進(jìn)行了深刻的分析和研究,針對工作中存在的不足之處進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的施工安排以及工作分析:首先,本文詳細(xì)的闡述了建筑工程項(xiàng)目當(dāng)中對施工質(zhì)量的控制情況,分析了在質(zhì)量控制中所遵循的基本原理以及實(shí)際采取的數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法。其次,通過對濰坊市匯泰銘城工程項(xiàng)目本身具有的特點(diǎn)以及實(shí)際施工的概況等進(jìn)行介紹,找出工程項(xiàng)目在施工質(zhì)量保證方面存在問題以及隱患,采取相應(yīng)的措施進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。并且通過引入質(zhì)量控制這一重要概念,針對施工中的各個階段,采取數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)一步控制了混凝土的施工強(qiáng)度。最后,提出了有效控制該項(xiàng)目工程施工質(zhì)量的措施和對策,通過建立并完善質(zhì)量控制方面的組織技術(shù)措施,進(jìn)一步提高施工準(zhǔn)備階段以及具體施工階段的質(zhì)量控制水平,制定了更加全面的、系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量控制任務(wù)、目標(biāo)以及計(jì)劃等。
[Abstract]:In the process of project construction management, quality control is a very important part. In the short run, quality control will directly affect the cost of materials and labor in the project. In the long run, it will have an important impact on the reputation of the construction enterprises. Whether the construction enterprises can win more owners, the key lies in whether the high level of delivery. High quality project. Therefore, the project manager must ensure that all the contents of the completed project can meet the relevant rules and regulations and safety quality requirements, any unqualified problems should be resolutely replaced. The project that does not meet the quality requirements and safety standards must be reworked. This paper mainly takes the actual construction of Weifang Huitaiming City project as an analysis case through the use of scientific and reasonable data analysis method. Combined with accurate and reliable quantitative analysis tools to analyze the quality of the project, aiming at the problems of quality control in the analysis results, the next step of the prediction work is carried out. Hope these methods and programs can play a certain role in quality control in the future. This paper is aimed at the construction of Weifang Huitaiming City project. Through the use of quality control theory and practical application of the construction phase of the management work carried out a profound analysis and research. In view of the shortcomings of the work carried out detailed construction arrangements and work analysis: first of all, this paper elaborated in detail the construction quality of the construction project in the control situation. This paper analyzes the basic principles followed in quality control and the actual adopted mathematical statistical methods. Secondly, the characteristics of Weifang Huitaiming City project itself and the general situation of actual construction are introduced. Find out the problems and hidden dangers in the construction quality assurance of the project, take corresponding measures to improve, and through the introduction of the important concept of quality control, in view of each stage of construction. The construction strength of concrete is further controlled by mathematical statistical method. Finally, the measures and countermeasures to effectively control the construction quality of the project are put forward, and the organizational and technical measures of quality control are established and perfected. Further improve the quality control level of construction preparation phase and concrete construction stage, and formulate more comprehensive, systematic quality control tasks, objectives and plans.
