子北住宅小區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是工程項(xiàng)目管理的重要組成部分,房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理和控制對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)工期目標(biāo),合理利用項(xiàng)目資源,有效控制項(xiàng)目總成本,提高項(xiàng)目建設(shè)效率具有重要作用。本文依據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)原理和方法,對(duì)子北住宅小區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究。 首先,本文在介紹項(xiàng)目相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)的分解、項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)時(shí)間的評(píng)估,估算相應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目工作時(shí)間等,制定子北住宅小區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,繪制反映本項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的甘特圖,確定部分項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的里程碑。其次,對(duì)于北住宅小區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)建立進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理體系,確立子北住宅小區(qū)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的控制目標(biāo),構(gòu)建控制流程,從組織、經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理、技術(shù)等方面提出工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的控制措施。最后,提出進(jìn)度控制的保障措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的有效控制,以獲得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management is an important part of engineering project management. The progress management and control of real estate project can achieve the goal of construction, make rational use of project resources, and effectively control the total cost of the project. It is very important to improve the construction efficiency of the project. According to the relevant principles and methods of project schedule management, this paper studies the progress management of the project in Zibei residential district. First of all, based on the introduction of the project theory, through the decomposition of the project structure, project activity time evaluation, estimate the corresponding project work time and so on, this paper formulates the project schedule of Zibei residential district. Draw the Gantt diagram which reflects the progress plan of the project, determine the milestone of some projects. Secondly, analyze the influencing factors of the project schedule of the North Residential District, and establish the progress plan management system. Establish the control goal of the project schedule of Zibei residential district, construct the control flow, put forward the control measures of the project progress from the aspects of organization, economy, management, technology and so on. Finally. The guarantee measures of progress control are put forward to realize the effective control of project schedule so as to obtain good economic and social benefits.
