HY住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:近年來,建筑行業(yè)得到了快速的發(fā)展,但建筑項(xiàng)目工程質(zhì)量管理存在諸多問題,這些問題值得引起深思和重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。本文以工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)際情況,分析在工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理方面可能存在的問題,找出導(dǎo)致問題產(chǎn)生的根源,提出改善項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的思路和對(duì)策,促使房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商在建設(shè)過程中不斷完善質(zhì)量管理體系,提高質(zhì)量管理水平;通過對(duì)住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理研究,以此示范其它住宅小區(qū)開展建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng),具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文共分七章,第一章主要闡述我國建筑項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及與國外發(fā)達(dá)國家相比存在的差距,結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目提出自己的研究思路、研究內(nèi)容和方法。第二章論述了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的基礎(chǔ)理論、方法,以及影響工程質(zhì)量管理的諸多因素和工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系及方法。第三章以HY住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為案例,分析研究HY住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)背景、建設(shè)內(nèi)容、質(zhì)量管理中存在的問題和施工組織。第四章研究HY住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量計(jì)劃,包括住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目所要達(dá)到的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、質(zhì)量要求和質(zhì)量管理機(jī)構(gòu)及其職責(zé)。第五章研究HY住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的影響因素和質(zhì)量控制體系,包括質(zhì)量檢查組織、質(zhì)量控制重點(diǎn)、質(zhì)量控制過程、質(zhì)量跟蹤反饋。第六章提出HY住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量保障體系和質(zhì)量保障策略。第七章是論文的主要結(jié)論和研究展望。 本文通過HY住宅小區(qū)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)工程質(zhì)量管理的每個(gè)階段進(jìn)行分析,尤其對(duì)質(zhì)量控制中應(yīng)注意的控制點(diǎn)進(jìn)行論述。本文強(qiáng)調(diào)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量事前控制的重要性,提出預(yù)防控制措施,在工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量管理方面,事前建立一套完整有效的質(zhì)量管理體系,在運(yùn)行過程中不斷地改進(jìn)、完善,最終達(dá)到工程質(zhì)量所要求的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。 在研究過程中也存在一些不足,對(duì)質(zhì)量控制階段控制點(diǎn)的細(xì)節(jié)有些未能涉及,對(duì)于工程建設(shè)過程中采用的新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料、新設(shè)備在工程質(zhì)量管理方面會(huì)帶來哪些影響等,是今后進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction industry has been rapid development, but there are many problems in construction project engineering quality management, these problems deserve to be considered and focused attention. This paper is based on the theory of engineering project quality management. Combined with the actual situation of quality management in residential district construction project, this paper analyzes the possible problems in project construction quality management, finds out the root cause of the problem, and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to improve the project quality management. To urge the real estate developers to improve the quality management system and improve the quality management level in the process of construction; Through the research on the quality management of the residential district construction project, it is of certain practical significance to demonstrate the construction project quality management activities in other residential areas. The paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter mainly describes the research status of quality management of construction projects in China, and compared with the developed countries abroad, and puts forward its own research ideas combined with the actual projects. The second chapter discusses the basic theory and method of project quality management. The third chapter takes HY residential district construction project as a case to analyze and study the background of HY residential district construction project. Construction content, problems in quality management and construction organization. Chapter 4th studies the quality plan of HY residential district construction project, including the quality objectives to be achieved by residential district construction project. Chapter 5th studies the influencing factors and quality control system of HY residential district construction project, including quality inspection organization, quality control focus, quality control process. Quality tracking feedback. Chapter 6th puts forward the quality assurance system and quality assurance strategy of HY residential district construction project. Chapter 7th is the main conclusion and research prospect of the paper. This paper studies the quality management of the HY residential district construction project, and analyzes each stage of the project quality management. This paper emphasizes the importance of the project quality control beforehand, and puts forward the preventive control measures in the engineering construction quality management. A set of complete and effective quality management system is set up in advance, and it is improved and perfected constantly in the course of operation, and the quality goal of engineering quality is finally achieved. There are also some deficiencies in the research process, some of the details of the quality control stage control points are not involved, for the new technology, new technology, new materials used in the process of engineering construction. What influence the new equipment will bring in the engineering quality management is the direction of further research in the future.
