【摘要】：在我國科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷提高以及經(jīng)濟(jì)文化水平飛速發(fā)展的今天,人們的生活質(zhì)量也得到了保障,隨之而來的是人們生活方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。這也間接地使人們對(duì)于物質(zhì)文化以及精神文化的要求越來越高,尤其是吃穿住行等基礎(chǔ)方面。由此衍生出了一系列生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營行業(yè),比如房地產(chǎn)。本文以房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)為例,簡單地探討了關(guān)于房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,尤其是能夠?qū)υ撔袠I(yè)起到影響作用的相關(guān)因素,并且針對(duì)這些現(xiàn)象提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of science and technology and the rapid development of economic and cultural level, the quality of life of people has also been guaranteed. The following is the change of people's way of life, which indirectly makes people's demands for material culture and spiritual culture more and more high. Especially the basic aspects, such as food, clothing, housing and transportation. From this, a series of production and management industries, such as real estate, are derived. This paper takes the real estate industry as an example, and discusses the relevant contents of the real estate industry. Especially the related factors which can affect the industry, and the corresponding solutions to these phenomena are put forward.
