【摘要】：發(fā)端于美國房地產(chǎn)市場的次貸危機使得全球經(jīng)濟面臨自1929年大蕭條以來最大的一次危機。全球金融市場都品嘗到了美國房地產(chǎn)市場種下的苦果。不僅如此,危機本身還影響到了實體經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,各主要經(jīng)濟體失業(yè)率攀升,經(jīng)濟增長放緩甚至倒退,企業(yè)投資疲軟甚至破產(chǎn),居民消費量萎縮,嚴重阻礙全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。 本文從概述金融危機傳染機制出發(fā),詳細闡述了危機傳染的渠道,進而提出了在我國這個特殊經(jīng)濟體中危機傳導的特殊性問題。 作為世界上最重要的新興經(jīng)濟體之一,中國經(jīng)濟連續(xù)多年的快速增長一直被眾多學者所關注和研究,甚至有人提出了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的“中國模式”。正是由于中國發(fā)展模式以及中國經(jīng)濟宏觀調(diào)控的特殊性,金融風險在中國的傳導具有一定的特殊性,表現(xiàn)為主要傳導模式是貿(mào)易關聯(lián)傳導機制,繼而通過說明出口結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在著穩(wěn)定關系,引入對各產(chǎn)業(yè)部門的行業(yè)指數(shù)的實證研究,文章通過運用Granger因果檢驗分析了代表性行業(yè)收益率變化的特征,以此對我國產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條的傳導效應進行了檢驗。實證研究表明,在外來危機沖擊下,我國服務業(yè)在傳導中擔當著特殊的角色。從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的角度看,服務業(yè)既可以改善外貿(mào)依存度高的現(xiàn)狀,也可以調(diào)節(jié)出口結(jié)構(gòu),并以此為切入點,分析了服務業(yè)在我國面對危機時維護國家經(jīng)濟安全的作用。最后對我國如何防范危機傳導、以及發(fā)展服務業(yè)提出了理論化建議。
[Abstract]:The subprime mortgage crisis, which began in the U.S. housing market, has left the global economy facing its biggest crisis since the Great Depression in 1929. Financial markets around the world have tasted the bitter consequences of the U.S. housing market. . The crisis itself also affected the development of the real economy, the major economies unemployment rate rose, economic growth slowed or even retrogression, weak business investment or even bankruptcy, consumer consumption shrinking. It is a serious obstacle to the development of the global economy. Based on an overview of the mechanism of financial crisis contagion, this paper expounds the channel of crisis contagion in detail, and then puts forward the particularity of crisis transmission in this special economy of our country. As one of the most important emerging economies in the world, the rapid growth of Chinese economy for many years has been concerned and studied by many scholars. Some people even put forward the "Chinese model" of economic development. It is precisely because of the particularity of China's development model and China's macroeconomic regulation and control that the transmission of financial risks in China has its own particularity. The main transmission mode is the trade linkage transmission mechanism. Then the empirical research on the industry index of various industrial sectors is introduced by explaining the stable relationship between export structure and industrial structure. By using Granger causality test, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the change of return rate of representative industries, and then tests the conduction effect of industrial chain in China. The empirical study shows that under the impact of external crisis. China's service industry plays a special role in the transmission. From the perspective of industrial structure, the service industry can not only improve the current situation of high dependence on foreign trade, but also adjust the export structure, and take this as the starting point. This paper analyzes the role of service industry in maintaining national economic security in the face of crisis, and finally puts forward some theoretical suggestions on how to prevent crisis transmission and how to develop service industry in China.
