【摘要】：目前我國國內(nèi)的物業(yè)管理公司主要還是以人工管理為主,這樣的管理機(jī)制需要大量的人力和物力,已經(jīng)越來越不適應(yīng)目前高檔小區(qū)的管理和時(shí)代的發(fā)展。根據(jù)本人目前的工作情況,與導(dǎo)師共同確立了《長春房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)》這一研究題目,通過該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際使用,使小區(qū)的日常管理更加方便快捷,可以提升小區(qū)的管理水平,也使普通業(yè)主對(duì)物業(yè)的監(jiān)管更加透明,提高業(yè)主的滿意度。本文主要介紹了《長春房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)》。本系統(tǒng)是基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu),采用ASP.NET技術(shù)和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)相結(jié)合的管理系統(tǒng)。在本文中,主要研究工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面:第一章簡要介紹了論文的研究背景,目的和國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀和研究意義,總結(jié)了論文的主要內(nèi)容。第二章概括了應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中涉及的主要技術(shù)。第三章提出了長春房地集團(tuán)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的需求,進(jìn)行需求的分析,為后面的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)打下基礎(chǔ)。第四章是對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的框架和組件。第五章進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)軟件的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能的描述。第六章是系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)部分,是對(duì)系統(tǒng)主要功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)和顯示部分。第七章用多種測(cè)試手段對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。第八章是本文的結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)了本文的研究結(jié)果和對(duì)下一步工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, domestic property management companies are mainly based on manual management, such a management mechanism needs a lot of manpower and material resources. Has been increasingly unable to adapt to the management of high-grade residential areas and the development of the times. According to my current work situation. Together with the tutor to establish the "Changchun real estate group property management system design realization" this research topic, through the actual use of the system, make the daily management of the district more convenient and fast. This paper mainly introduces the "Changchun real estate group property management system design realization". This system is based on the B / S structure. Using ASP.NET technology and SQL Server database technology to combine the management system. In this paper. The second chapter summarizes the main technologies involved in the design and implementation of the application system. The third chapter puts forward the requirements of the property management system of Changchun Real Estate Group and analyzes the requirements. Chapter 4th is the overall design of the system, design the framework and components of the whole system. Chapter 5th carries on the detailed design of the system software. The description of each function of the system. Chapter 6th is the implementation part of the system, is the implementation of the main functions of the system and display part. Chapter 7th uses a variety of testing methods to test the system. Chapter 8th is the conclusion of this article. The results of this paper are summarized and the future work is prospected.
