【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),直接關(guān)系到人民生活水平的提高和生活質(zhì)量的改善,房地產(chǎn)市場的波動歷來受到各方的廣泛關(guān)注。選取1998年住房制度改革以來的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),全面考察我國房地產(chǎn)市場波動的驅(qū)動因素。實證結(jié)果表明:我國房地產(chǎn)市場的波動主要由宏觀經(jīng)濟、房地產(chǎn)供給、房地產(chǎn)需求以及房地產(chǎn)市場調(diào)控等方面因素驅(qū)動;由于我國社會經(jīng)濟形勢的變化,房地產(chǎn)市場波動的驅(qū)動因素在不同時期存在差異。
[Abstract]:The real estate industry is the pillar industry of our country's economic development, which is directly related to the improvement of the people's living standard and the improvement of the quality of life. The volatility of the real estate market has been widely concerned by all parties. Select the relevant data since the housing system reform in 1998. The empirical results show that the volatility of China's real estate market is mainly from the macro economy, real estate supply. Real estate demand and real estate market regulation and other factors driven; Because of the change of our country's social and economic situation, the driving factors of the fluctuation of real estate market are different in different periods.
