【摘要】：“十二五”時期是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期，要以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，堅持把經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整作為主攻方向，把科技進(jìn)步和創(chuàng)新作為重要支撐，建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型企業(yè)，分析確定YG集團(tuán)“十二五”及遠(yuǎn)景發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文結(jié)合YG集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃實際進(jìn)行評價，分析YG集團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在問題，對YG集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展布局進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析、戰(zhàn)略評價，提出了YG集團(tuán)“十二五”及遠(yuǎn)景戰(zhàn)略存在的不足之處，將電鋁及深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)、煤機(jī)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)、建筑和房地產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)、物業(yè)服務(wù)等企業(yè)辦社會工作，進(jìn)行優(yōu)化、調(diào)整，實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)變、收縮、分離或清理。通過對原發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化，將原“三大”主業(yè)煤炭、煤化工、煤電鋁及煤機(jī)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)，，調(diào)整為煤炭、煤化工、煤電鋁及機(jī)電裝備制造和金融服務(wù)業(yè)等多產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，能夠繼續(xù)發(fā)揮企業(yè)優(yōu)勢，通過向外部積極擴(kuò)大勢力范圍以進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)企業(yè)優(yōu)勢，從橫向一體化、同心型多角化或合資等戰(zhàn)略中進(jìn)行選擇，必將促進(jìn)YG集團(tuán)國際化大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:"12th Five-Year" period is an important period of strategic opportunities for China's economic development, to Scientific Outlook on Development, on the strategic adjustment of the economic structure as the main direction, the scientific and technological progress and innovation as an important support, building a resource-saving, environment-friendly enterprise, analysis to determine the YG group "12th Five-Year" and the future development strategy. This paper combines the YG group strategy the actual planning and evaluation, analysis of status quo and existing problems in the development of YG group, YG group of strategic positioning, development goals, development of industrial layout strategy analysis, strategy evaluation, puts forward the problems existing in YG group "in 12th Five-Year and" strategic vision, electrical aluminum and deep processing industry, coal machine manufacturing industry, construction and the real estate industry, property service enterprises to do social work, optimization, adjustment, transformation, shrinkage, separation or cleaning. Based on the original development strategy optimization, the original The "big three" coal industry, coal chemical industry, coal aluminum and coal machine manufacturing industry, the adjustment of coal, coal chemical, coal aluminum and electromechanical equipment manufacturing and financial services and other industries, enterprises can continue to play advantage, through outside actively expand its sphere of influence to further enhance the advantages of enterprises, from the horizontal integration of select the type of concentric diversification strategy or joint ventures, YG group will promote the large-scale international enterprise group construction.
