【摘要】：正街區(qū)制是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家通行的做法,遍布于世界各大繁華城市,在國(guó)外已發(fā)展成熟,而我國(guó)則剛剛開始探索街區(qū)制。推廣街區(qū)制政策的出臺(tái)對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前和將來(lái)的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)將產(chǎn)生何種影響,街區(qū)制在未來(lái)的推行中應(yīng)注意些什么,如何借鑒已有經(jīng)驗(yàn)等,是值得探索的話題。一、推廣街區(qū)制的影響街區(qū)制推廣的出發(fā)點(diǎn)是基于優(yōu)化街區(qū)路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)考慮的,該政策的實(shí)行不僅影響城市交通,對(duì)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響主要有以下幾點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Block system is a common practice in developed countries, all over the world in the bustling cities, in foreign countries have developed mature. But our country has just begun to explore the block system. The introduction of the promotion of the block system policy on the current and future real estate market in our country will have what impact, block system in the future implementation of what should be paid attention to. How to learn from the existing experience is a topic worth exploring. Firstly, the starting point of popularizing block system is based on optimizing the road network structure, and the implementation of this policy not only affects urban traffic. The impact on the real estate industry has the following main points.
