【摘要】：舊城改造不僅是居民對(duì)住房的需求，也是一個(gè)國(guó)家、一個(gè)城市發(fā)展和進(jìn)步的標(biāo)志。伴隨著越南經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，人民生活水平的不斷提高，對(duì)居住條件的要求也越來(lái)越高，這也推動(dòng)著越南經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)不斷進(jìn)步的情況下，越南的房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)也在不斷的向前發(fā)展，然后，城市空間必然是有限的，為了滿足人們的居住要求，對(duì)舊城的改造也是城市發(fā)展的一個(gè)必然的過(guò)程。通過(guò)對(duì)舊城改造是為了使城市的功能更加完善，更加適應(yīng)人們生活的需要，使城市的形象得到提升。當(dāng)然舊城改造不是簡(jiǎn)單的重建翻新，在改造過(guò)程中，要做好對(duì)歷史文化的保護(hù)、妥善安置拆遷居民、維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定已經(jīng)資金籌集方面的工作。不僅要加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，還要重新調(diào)整和規(guī)劃城市功能，保護(hù)和美化城市環(huán)境。因此，為了平衡多方面目標(biāo)，舊城改造已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)復(fù)雜的社會(huì)系統(tǒng)工程。 河內(nèi)作為越南的首都，經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展，城市建設(shè)速度大大加快，最近幾年河內(nèi)城市更新改造更是以空前的規(guī)模和速度展開(kāi)。本文選取了越南河內(nèi)的舊城改造。主要是根據(jù)大的社會(huì)背景和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下，采取理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的辦法，閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)，參考國(guó)內(nèi)外舊城改造的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，重點(diǎn)分析越南河內(nèi)舊城改造的現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題以及發(fā)展的歷程，，從中得出越南河內(nèi)在舊城改造過(guò)程中遇到的主要問(wèn)題，再針對(duì)主要的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的措施和建議，以便為以后類似的舊城改造項(xiàng)目起到一定的參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The transformation of the old city is not only the demand for housing, but also a country, a symbol of city development and progress. With the development of the Vietnam economy, improve the people's living standard, the living conditions are increasingly high requirements, which promoted the development of the Vietnam economy. In the economic development and social progress under the condition of Vietnam's real estate market is also constantly moving forward, then the city space is limited, in order to satisfy people's living needs, an inevitable process on the old city transformation and city development. Through the transformation of the old city is the city in order to make the function more perfect, more adapt to the needs of people's life by improving the city's image. Of course, the transformation of the old city is not a simple renovation or reconstruction, in the transformation process, to protect the history and culture of the proper placement of residents, maintaining social stability has been In terms of fund raising, we should not only strengthen the infrastructure construction, but also readjust and plan the urban functions, protect and beautify the urban environment. Therefore, in order to balance various goals, the transformation of old city has become a complicated social system engineering.
Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, the rapid economic development, greatly accelerate the pace of city construction, renovation in recent years, Hanoi city is at an unprecedented scale and speed. This paper selects the transformation of the old city of Hanoi. Vietnam is based mainly on the social background and the economic development of the environment, take a practical approach. Reading a lot of literature, reference to domestic and international experience of the transformation of the old city, focuses on the analysis of the transformation of the old city of Hanoi in Vietnam, the history and the development, the Hanoi encountered in Vietnam in the process of urban renewal from the main problem, put forward corresponding measures and suggestions for the main problems for later similar projects since the transformation of the old city to a certain reference and reference.
