【摘要】：目前房地產(chǎn)之間的競爭歸結(jié)于客戶的競爭,保利貴州置業(yè)如何更大效率的服務(wù)于客戶,如果客戶的投訴得不到及時處理、客戶服務(wù)得不到及時響應(yīng),客戶的檔案、聯(lián)系記錄得不到及時共享,無法向客戶提供精細(xì)化服務(wù)……面臨這些困擾,為了達(dá)到“挽留老客戶、爭取新客戶、提高客戶利潤貢獻(xiàn)度的目的”,保利貴州置業(yè)房產(chǎn)運(yùn)用信息技術(shù),設(shè)計一套符合房地產(chǎn)管理要求的會員管理系統(tǒng)。本文基于.NET的面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)方法對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析、設(shè)計和實現(xiàn),在概述了選題背景、研究目的意義和系統(tǒng)相關(guān)開發(fā)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)需求分析,系統(tǒng)需求分析給出了系統(tǒng)調(diào)研,系統(tǒng)功能需求分析及系統(tǒng)非功能需求分析,系統(tǒng)調(diào)研給出了保利貴州置業(yè)調(diào)研和房地產(chǎn)會員管理系統(tǒng)調(diào)研;系統(tǒng)功能需求分析給出了前臺管理的用例圖、后臺管理的用例圖。在系統(tǒng)需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計給出了B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)功能架設(shè)計給出了保利貴州置業(yè)房地產(chǎn)會員管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能結(jié)構(gòu),數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計給出了系統(tǒng)的主要實休屬性圖、主要實體關(guān)系圖和主要數(shù)據(jù)庫表設(shè)計。在系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計給出前臺管理和后管理的主要功能模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計,前臺管理主要給出了在線資料查看的詳細(xì)設(shè)計,后臺管理主要給出了務(wù)管理、會員檔案管理、積分管理、會員卡管理和系統(tǒng)管理的詳細(xì)設(shè)計,包括功能結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、類圖設(shè)計、動態(tài)圖設(shè)計和主要功能模塊的處理流程設(shè)計。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)主要給出了主要功能的界面實現(xiàn)和程序代碼實現(xiàn)。包括登錄功能模塊實現(xiàn)、會務(wù)管理功能模塊實現(xiàn)、會員檔案管理功能模塊實現(xiàn)、積分管理功能模塊實現(xiàn)和會員卡管理功能模塊實現(xiàn),在系統(tǒng)測試中給出了主要功能模塊的測試。通過對保利貴州置業(yè)房地產(chǎn)會員管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),運(yùn)用研究生期間所學(xué)軟件工程知識,自投入到實際應(yīng)用中來,得到用戶的廣泛好評。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition between the real estate comes down to the competition of the customers. How to serve the customers more efficiently, if the complaints of the customers are not dealt with in time, the customer service can not be answered in a timely manner. Customer files, contact records can not be shared in time, unable to provide refined services to customers. Faced with these problems, in order to achieve "retain old customers, strive for new customers, improve customer profit contribution." Using information technology, this paper designs a member management system that meets the requirements of real estate management. This paper analyzes the system in detail based on the object oriented development method of .NET. Design and implementation, in an overview of the background of the topic, the purpose of the research and system related development technology on the basis of system requirements analysis, system requirements analysis gives the system research. System functional demand analysis and system non-functional demand analysis, the system survey gives Poly Guizhou property survey and real estate member management system research; The function requirement analysis of the system gives the use case diagram of the foreground management and the use case diagram of the background management. The overall design of the system is carried out on the basis of the system requirement analysis. The system architecture design gives the B / S system structure design, the system function frame design gives the main function structure of Poly Guizhou real estate member management system. The database design gives the main real attribute graph, the main entity relation diagram and the main database table design. Based on the overall design of the system, the system is designed in detail. The detailed design of the system gives the detailed design of the main functional modules of foreground management and post management. The foreground management mainly gives the detailed design of online data viewing. The background management mainly gives the management of service and the management of member files. Integral management, membership card management and system management detailed design, including functional structure design, class diagram design. Dynamic graph design and processing flow design of the main functional modules. The system implementation mainly gives the main functions of the interface implementation and program code implementation, including login function module implementation, meeting management function module implementation. Member file management function module implementation, integral management function module and membership card management function module implementation. Through the development of Poly Guizhou Real Estate member Management system and the application of software engineering knowledge learned during the postgraduate period, it has been put into practical application. Get the user's wide acclaim.
