【摘要】:自從改革開放以來,我國的中小型民營企業(yè)如雨后春筍般迅速崛起,伴隨著我國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐步發(fā)展和完善,中小型民營企業(yè)憑借其強(qiáng)大的活力和潛力已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力源泉,在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。 隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,人力資本對于一國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的作用越來越顯著。企業(yè)之間的競爭從根本上來說就是人力資本的競爭。我國加入WTO后,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的趨勢不斷加劇,中小型民營企業(yè)面臨的競爭形勢更加嚴(yán)峻。另外,近年來我國已呈現(xiàn)出較快的人口老齡化趨勢,人口紅利逐漸消失,企業(yè)所需要的適齡勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量不斷減少。因此,研究如何增加中小型民營企業(yè)人力資本存量,提高人力資本投資的收益,以提高中小型民營企業(yè)的競爭力,有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以人力資本投資理論為研究依據(jù),在參考并借鑒前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對中小型民營企業(yè)人力資本投資的狀況進(jìn)行了深入的研究,并提出了改善中小型民營企業(yè)人力資本投資的對策。本文的結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下: 第一章:導(dǎo)論部分,主要講述了論文的研究背景、目的、思路和方法,并重點(diǎn)對國內(nèi)外人力資本投資研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)歸納。 第二章:中小型民營企業(yè)與人力資本投資,主要是分析了中小型民營企業(yè)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展,,闡述了企業(yè)人力資本投資相關(guān)理論,并分析了企業(yè)人力資本投資與績效的關(guān)系以及企業(yè)人力資本投資與物資資本投資之間的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系。 第三章:企業(yè)人力資本投資評價(jià)分析模型,首先對企業(yè)人力資本投資進(jìn)行了成本收益分析,然后運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法建立了企業(yè)人力資本投資的評價(jià)分析模型,并選取在深滬主板上市的房地產(chǎn)公司作為分析樣本,展示了DEA模型應(yīng)用分析過程,對改善中小型民營企業(yè)人力資本投資的效率具有借鑒意義。 第四章:中小型民營企業(yè)人力資本有效投資的實(shí)現(xiàn),主要分析了中小型民營企業(yè)人力資本投資的現(xiàn)狀、具體形式及其效果,并提出了中小型民營企業(yè)人力資本投資有效途徑。 第五章:結(jié)論與展望,是對全文主要結(jié)論的總結(jié)及研究展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's small and medium-sized private enterprises are springing up rapidly, with the gradual development and improvement of our socialist market economy. Small and medium-sized private enterprises, with their strong vitality and potential, have become a powerful source of power in the development of socialist market economy, and are playing a more and more important role in the development of our national economy. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, human capital plays a more and more important role in the economic and social development of a country. The competition among enterprises is fundamentally the competition of human capital. The trend of economic globalization is increasing, and the competition of small and medium-sized private enterprises is more severe. In addition, in recent years, China has shown a rapid trend of population aging, the demographic dividend gradually disappeared. Therefore, research on how to increase the stock of human capital of small and medium-sized private enterprises, improve the income of human capital investment, in order to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized private enterprises. Has very important realistic significance. Based on the theory of human capital investment, this paper makes a deep study on the situation of human capital investment in small and medium-sized private enterprises on the basis of reference and reference of previous research results. It also puts forward the countermeasures to improve the human capital investment of small and medium-sized private enterprises. The structure of this paper is as follows: Chapter one: the introduction part, mainly narrates the research background, the purpose, the thought and the method of the thesis, and summarizes the domestic and foreign human capital investment research literature emphatically. The second chapter: small and medium-sized private enterprises and human capital investment, mainly analyzes the emergence and development of small and medium-sized private enterprises, expounds the relevant theory of enterprise human capital investment. It also analyzes the relationship between human capital investment and performance and the structural relationship between human capital investment and material capital investment. The third chapter: the enterprise human capital investment evaluation analysis model, first of all, the enterprise human capital investment carries on the cost-benefit analysis. Then using the method of data envelopment analysis to establish the evaluation and analysis model of enterprise human capital investment, and select the real estate companies listed on the main board of Shenzhen and Shanghai as the analysis sample to show the application and analysis process of the DEA model. It can improve the efficiency of human capital investment in small and medium-sized private enterprises. Chapter 4th: the realization of effective investment in human capital of small and medium-sized private enterprises, mainly analyzes the current situation, concrete forms and effects of human capital investment in small and medium-sized private enterprises. And put forward the small and medium-sized private enterprise human capital investment effective way. Chapter 5th: conclusions and prospects, is the main conclusions of the full text and research prospects.
