【摘要】:在信息系統(tǒng)迅速發(fā)展的IT時(shí)代,房地產(chǎn)信息的傳統(tǒng)營(yíng)銷方式面臨著全面的改革。房地產(chǎn)信息的網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷已經(jīng)逐漸成為消費(fèi)者和房地產(chǎn)商眼中不可或缺的信息獲取與發(fā)布手段。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的及時(shí)性、高效性、直觀性、轟動(dòng)性是把房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)與信息技術(shù)結(jié)合的主要源動(dòng)力。 本文研究的內(nèi)容是基于Web的房地產(chǎn)信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐,本系統(tǒng)采用的主要技術(shù)是ASP.NET技術(shù)框架和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng),主要側(cè)重于對(duì)房地產(chǎn)信息客戶群的細(xì)化分類,并基于不同細(xì)分客戶群的特征,對(duì)該客戶群做出相應(yīng)的細(xì)分客戶信息推薦。本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)對(duì)用戶需求和潛在需求的分析,結(jié)合用戶的實(shí)際情況,確定細(xì)分客戶群的特征;谶@樣細(xì)分客戶群特征,把用戶查詢的信息進(jìn)行分類、排序,優(yōu)先顯示符合細(xì)分客戶群特征的房地產(chǎn)信息,滯后其他信息,已達(dá)到信息推薦的作用。 從緒論出發(fā),我們介紹了課題研究背景和具體研究?jī)?nèi)容,接下來我們將繼續(xù)闡述系統(tǒng)用到的工具以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)是基于分析當(dāng)前房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)用戶的需求,,信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)和信息推薦系統(tǒng)基本要求,具體包括共6個(gè)模塊的用戶前端設(shè)計(jì),和共2個(gè)模塊的后臺(tái)服務(wù)器端設(shè)計(jì)。在詳細(xì)描述了系統(tǒng)的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)和關(guān)鍵細(xì)節(jié)后,以結(jié)論及未來系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化及改進(jìn)結(jié)束。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information system of the IT era, the traditional marketing mode of real estate information is facing a comprehensive reform. The real estate information network marketing has gradually become an integral part of consumers and the real estate business in the information acquisition and network publishing means. Timely, efficient, intuitive, sensation is the main source of power with the real the real estate industry and information technology.
The content of this paper is the design and practice of the real estate information release system based on Web, this system is the framework of ASP.NET technology and SQL Server database system, the main focus on the real estate classification information of the customer base, and based on the characteristics of different customer segments, the customers make corresponding subdivision customer information is recommended. This system according to the user demand and potential demand analysis, combined with the actual situation of the user, determine the characteristics of customers. This customer segments based on the characteristics of the user query, information classification, sorting, priority display real estate information in accordance with the features of customer segments, lagging behind other information has been reached the role of information recommendation.
Starting from the introduction, we introduced the research background and the research content, then we will continue to use the tools described the system and the key technology. The design of the system is user analysis of the current real estate market demand based on the information publishing system and information recommendation system the basic requirements, including the design of user front-end includes 6 modules, and a total of 2 modules of the server side design. In the detailed description of the implementation and the key details of the system, and ends with the conclusion and future improvement of the system.
