[Abstract]:The contradiction of real estate industry is the concentrated reflection of all kinds of contradictions in the process of economic transformation in our country. It can be said that in the current stage of development, the real estate market of our country has fully satisfied the characteristics of systematical importance. And historical experience has repeatedly proved that if economic and financial development relies too heavily on real estate and allows real estate prices to continue to rise rapidly, it is likely to become a structural short board that triggers systemic risk, thereby affecting the people of the country.
