【摘要】：重特大疾病醫(yī)療救助對象界定關乎醫(yī)療救助的公平性和精準性,然而我國重特大疾病因病致貧對象界定仍缺乏理論和方法依據(jù)。重特大疾病相對費用理論考慮了家庭支付能力,同時災難性和致貧性衛(wèi)生支出測量方法不僅反映了家庭疾病經(jīng)濟負擔和貧困狀態(tài),而且能夠反映救助對象的因病致貧廣度和深度。因此,基于重特大疾病相對費用理論及其測量方法的因病致貧對象界定思路能夠支持我國重特大疾病因病致貧對象的界定。
[Abstract]:The definition of medical assistance objects for serious and serious diseases is related to the fairness and accuracy of medical assistance. However, there is still a lack of theoretical and methodological basis for defining the objects of poverty caused by serious and serious diseases in China. The theory of relative cost of serious and serious diseases takes into account the ability of families to pay. At the same time, the measurement method of catastrophic and poor health expenditure not only reflects the economic burden and poverty state of family diseases, but also reflects the breadth and depth of poverty caused by illness. Therefore, the definition of poverty caused by serious diseases based on the theory of relative cost of serious and serious diseases and its measurement method can support the definition of poverty objects caused by serious diseases in China.
