【摘要】：國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)行傳統(tǒng)綠色保險(xiǎn)只指環(huán)境污染責(zé)任險(xiǎn),定義有所局限,不能反映當(dāng)前綠色保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。文章將國(guó)內(nèi)新型綠色保險(xiǎn)定義為以平滑企業(yè)收益為目的,能夠通過(guò)穩(wěn)定企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)和現(xiàn)金流的方式來(lái)協(xié)助企業(yè)融資的保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品。通過(guò)以光伏行業(yè)出現(xiàn)的產(chǎn)品為例,文章分析了新型綠色保險(xiǎn)的類(lèi)型及特點(diǎn),認(rèn)為該類(lèi)型保險(xiǎn)不同于以往保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品,可以改善企業(yè)收益、協(xié)助企業(yè)融資,并且從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),前景廣闊。通過(guò)與國(guó)外綠色保險(xiǎn)相對(duì)比,文章認(rèn)為國(guó)內(nèi)新型綠色產(chǎn)品雖然有所發(fā)展但依然存在行業(yè)發(fā)展不均衡,產(chǎn)品單一,部分險(xiǎn)種發(fā)展滯后以及保險(xiǎn)大數(shù)據(jù)欠缺問(wèn)題。最后針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,文章提出政府、保險(xiǎn)公司共同發(fā)展新型綠色保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品的若干建議。
[Abstract]:The current domestic traditional green insurance only refers to environmental pollution liability insurance, the definition is limited, can not reflect the current situation of green insurance development. In this paper, the new green insurance in China is defined as an insurance product which can assist enterprises in financing by stabilizing the operating performance and cash flow of enterprises in order to smooth the income of enterprises. Taking the products in photovoltaic industry as an example, this paper analyzes the types and characteristics of the new green insurance, and holds that this type of insurance is different from the previous insurance products, which can improve the enterprise income and assist the enterprise financing, and has a broad prospect from the point of view of the development of the industrial chain. Compared with foreign green insurance, this paper holds that although the new green products in China have been developed, there are still some problems in the development of the industry, such as uneven development of the industry, single product, lagging development of some insurance types and lack of insurance big data. Finally, in view of the above problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the government and insurance companies to jointly develop new green insurance products.
